Round Up 是通杀农药，从叶子吸收的。在土里面没有什么用的。
只要没有喷到家草，不用担心从土壤渗透。
Round Up 里面加点洗手的肥皂水可以增加附着力。很多植物
表面有蜡，水占不上。这样可以增加 Round Up 吸收程度。
个别消灭，有些人（包括我）用画笔把 Round Up 涂到叶子上，
这样可以减少误杀。比较适合少量杂草混在家草里面的情况。
Round Up 要两个星期才发作。

用Q&A的方式写吧，业界大牛看过就贻笑大方了哈，请多指点。
1.生物机会多吗？21世纪是生物的世纪嘛？
多，非常多；是，确实是。我们这旮旯地，就我所知的小生物start-up就20+，更不用
说湾区和东部。最近10年的研究成果，很多都在向产品转化，但是FDA的审批，你懂的
。。。但是未来几年，新药会有爆炸性的增长。但是整个行业和计算机软件比起来，规
模不好说。而且生物制药公司的失败率是很高的。
2.博后有机会吗？
有或没有。只在实验室闷头干是不会有任何机会的，因为大多数老板只把你当作CHEAP
LABOR。我只见过一个公司，他们的IP里，有一个人是实验室博后，但这个人可能真是
掌握了核心技术。想转行，跳出自己的小圈子，多出来SOCIAL，多NETWORK，才有机会。
3.在START-UP里都干什么？博后适合吗？
适合，START-UP里干的事情比较杂。很多起步的公司，一方面靠CFO来RAISE MONEY，一

我的车engine灯有一天亮了，去问了两个修车铺，告诉我要90多刀检查灯亮的原因，结
果犹豫之际，灯灭了。
一周以后灯亮了，我去了autozone，读了code那个人告诉我需要tune up。我找到一家
本地的据说厚道的店告诉人家要tune up，结果那个修车师傅很鄙视地说你这个问题不
是需要tune up，bla bla说了一通，最后我同意了让他酌情办，他给清理了MAF，清
理了code，加上labor，花了80，没有更换任何东西。由于他清理了code，所以一直灯
也没亮。
期间有一个月我没有开车，结果等再次开车的时候发现灯又亮了。于是我决定赌一把，
一个全面的tune up在我这里大概150，包括换spark和清理engine等。我若是去找
dealer读code，检测一下也要100。后来我就去做了tune up。已经3个月了，没有再亮
过，之前出现的偶尔会加油无力的情况也没有再出现。
记得当时autozone读出来的4张code，每张都至少都有一条是misfiring，别的不记得了。

终于做亏一单啦，本来可以大赚一笔的。只好盼mini2以后涨点价了。
本来1台min2+1台office 365=成本212。
但是小伙伴们下单晚了，没有及时买，也没有及时告诉我，后来就没有office 365送了
。没办法，我只有全收啊。
