for the upgrade. If the builder's willing to give you upgrade, then he would
accept lower offer without upgrade. I'd only ask for things I really need
instead of soliciting ideas here's as if they are free.
In many cases, the builder prefers not to do too much more work. Asking too
much just makes it easier for them to say no. |

design center 给了个list . 上面没写到窗户的高度这句。 按当时问了， 他们和俺说
不用写在list上， 计算机里面有详细的东西， 而且show 给俺看了。 安就相信了。
现在都做好了， 按发现他们没做到窗户那个高度。 俺回头找design center 不承认了
。 说没有这个纪录。
1.对于这种upgrad, buyer 一般是只有一个简单的upgrad list ,还是应该有一个详细的
list,以及special request ?
2.这种情况，大家有啥好建议？

发帖数: 55 | 5 嗯，我知道开关和JBOX都超贵，但是自己没法走线啊。本来想只让做50lb的Jbox然后自
己换成100lb的(Lowes 有110lb的Jbox，材料才7刀），但build说装50lb那个一定要捆
绑一个开关！看来只有少装几个了。
island不大，大概5'x10'，还包括一个sink。如果以后自己做可能不到1000刀。但问题
是如果现在不upgrade,build给装上瓷砖了，敲掉可不简单。
counter top想让build给upgrade成granite的，backsplash和油烟机下面那块就保留
standard的瓷砖好了。这两个每个要500刀，太划不来了！
这开关和JBOX也太贵了，都是几块钱的事
如果是楼下的房间以后走线麻烦，让他们做了。如果头上是attic，将来自己走线很简单
台面不知道多大不好说，这island的石头怎么这么贵，超大吗？换台面有些麻烦，主要
是水池，龙头，cooktop,特别是backflash,都要动，不如一次做好。不过island四面不
靠,台面好换多了。按说瓷砖台面很费工，并不比石头台面便宜多少

我的理解是第一个是装jump ducts是个返气的导管，用于房门关上的时候 第二个是把

由于我15年夏天搞过了100k的白金，所以这次可以毫无压力的小撸一下。不过发现了两
个问题:
1. 我知道AMEX不能持有两张同样的卡，除了申请bug的时候。那么这种两张卡都
upgrade会发生什么？有没有可能拿50K X2? upgrade的dp非常少，没搜到。
2. 关于AF。 由于有奔驰白，所以并不介意白金晚点升。term里关于AF有这么一段话，

房东加盖了二楼，remodel了 bedroom， upgrade to 200A electrical, 还有 Bump
Out Dining Room Window。这些disclosure上的permit issued status 都是yes， 但
是permit final status却都是No。
求教这是不是说其实房东做的这些upgrade的东西都是没有permit的？
如果是我去final permit， 会不会很麻烦？

说具体点才能回答。

么多，也是航空公司对我的APPRECIATION。
至于划算不划算。就比方UA吧，从美国飞亚洲UPGRADE是50K。那是至少1K到5K的区别。
同样50K国内航班东西两岸的两张票，买的话顶多也就是700-1K。这么算当然UPGRADE划
算。 当然我没换过，不排除这里边猫腻很多，很有限的AVAILABILITY.
所以在此讨教。 |

因为整个很难描述我也没有报告。恢复到较早前的备份就没问题。没想到果然没解决这
