the country's National Assembly to impeach President Park Guen-hye.
The decision was unanimous, with all eight judges on the court voting to
remove Park from office.
Park is the first South Korean President to be impeached. An election for
her replacement must be held within 60 days.

(大纪元记者吴安妮编译报导)美国上诉法院2月27日(周四)裁定,加州一所学校制止
学生在五月五日节穿着印有美国国旗的T恤衫的行为,并没有侵犯他们的公民权。
“Cinco de Mayo”是西班牙文“五月五日”的意思,这是美裔墨西哥人的重要节日,
庆祝在一百多年前墨西哥以寡击众击退法国的入侵(1862年,将近150年前)。
根据上诉法院,学校的这种做法,是为了保护学生们在种族紧张的气氛下的安全。
CNN报导,美国联邦第九巡回上诉法院的法官们在他们的案件结词中说: “虽然种族的
争论和紧张依然存在,但学校先见之明的行动避免了口角的发生。”
