A. This would leave gay Californians without the right to marry in the state
and would tell the roughly 40 states that do not allow same-sex marriages
that there is no constitutional problem in limiting marriage to a man and a
woman.
Such an outcome probably would trigger a political campaign in California to
repeal Proposition 8 through a ballot measure and could give impetus to
similar voter or legislative efforts in other states.

才废除的），美国妇女获得投票权还没多少年，大概国会里没几个女议员。她是历史上
第一个中国人，也是第二个女性在美国联席国会讲演。在她的１０分钟讲演中,气震山
河，多次被两会议员全体起来长时间的鼓掌所打断。

是历史上第二个女性有机会在美国国会演讲，也是第一个中国人这样做。这个讲演有重
要的史学意义. 请别忘了，她是当时代表整个中国来作这个讲演的。在抗战的早期，她多次去前线劳军，冒生命危险，数次受伤。她和努力和民国政府给当代的PRC留下了如：联合国发起国，联合国安理会常任理事国，也培养许多世界一流的科学家和艺术家，包括两弹元勋等。这些历史贡献是超越意识形态的。

发帖数: 219 | 50 真敢喷。宋那是美国历史上第二个女人，第一个外国女人对参众两院进行演讲，别忘了
那个时代别说中国女人，就是美国女人在政治里没有什么权利，是受歧视的。整个国会
参众两院女性议员凤毛麟角。
她的讲演不卑不亢，气势磅礴，正义凌然，震人发聩，赢得无数次参众两院全体起立鼓
掌。她的讲演对赢得美国对中国抗战的支援起到了很大的作用，你我没有变成日本的亡
国奴，她有一份功劳。
她的讲演稿子是自己写的，修改了很多遍，看成一篇时代范文。我敢说，很多在美国留
学多年的PHD也写不出来。
