报税的事从IRS问清楚了，我去年报的税没问题，只是要我补个材料，另外还质问我为什么有一项credit不填，我说我不符合条件，被要求提供不符合条件的证据。nnd，怀疑我多交了税还要提供证据。
就别说我BSO了，一分钱没多赚，还搭了不少时间。幸好不用补税，虚惊一场，最近比较倒霉，希望从此转运了。
最近几天发生了好几件事，感觉有些地方就跟穷疯了似的抢钱：
1。去once upon a child卖旧衣服，被告知当时忙不能估价，让我第二天再来拿钱。以
前在这里卖过好几次东西，经常这样，也不以为然，就签了字（没仔细看条款）。第二
周又去了，被告知因为没在第二天去拿钱，自动转成Store Credit了，而且只能我本人
用。没天理啊，大家公平买卖，我给东西你给钱，你当时给不了，我事后来拿还非得第
二天去，不然不给钱了，必须换成它家店的东西，这是哪门子道理？以后再也不去它家
卖东西了，看他做谁生意去。
2。信用卡莫名其妙地被从没申请过的program收了钱，打电话过去，轻描淡写地说了个
抱歉，然后就拼命怂恿我加入此program。哪有这么强买强买的。

但是提到了一些情况最好结合别的材料，尤其提到几点：
1. 出生地是某个村子的，因为村里出生的公证容易作假。
2. 本人离开中国太久的，有可能仅仅是根据当事人的证词做出的出生公证。

个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过

是对签证目的的要求，但是应该485也是一样：
公证处开具的出生公证书（或者出生证明书）是有效文件。
但是提到了一些情况最好结合别的材料，尤其提到几点：
1. 出生地是某个村子的，因为村里出生的公证容易作假。
2. 本人离开中国太久的，有可能仅仅是根据当事人的证词做出的出生公证。
3. 亲属关系证明不能代替出生证，容易造假。
没有提及可以采用哪些别的证据，我猜别的证据无非只可能是医院的出生证了。

好吧，我承认我就是推荐信的坚定推崇者。
有同学说，那比如NSC0214之流不是只看客观证据而无视推荐信吗？我认为任何一个阿
姨哦都只看重（不止是看，而是看重）客观证据，所以他他要尽量读懂你那几百页的客
观材料是什么东西、分量几何。所谓无视推荐信是他不得不无视，概因推荐信无物，甚
至是毒药；否则，他巴不得去读。
如何写好推荐信是个永远也研究不完的课题。某不才，矢志琢磨之，与时俱进，希望能
跟上越来越严苛的审理标准。本拙帖讲主要和大伙探讨下推荐信写作中所谓地雷词的问
题。

正所谓成也推荐信，败也推荐信。移民官读推荐信就好比是在景区欣赏风景。风景如画
，他老人家正想赋诗一首抒发情怀呢，但如果脚下大小水坑不断，头顶新鲜鸟屎连连，
恐怕他会雅兴全无甚至大骂而去。
如何做到风景如画是个永远也回答不完的系统问题，但我们可以先从较简单的事情----
补水坑去鸟屎----做起。其实每天都会有新的水、鸟词语产生，就像每天都会有新的单
词被发明一样。仅靠拙帖是不可能穷举的。只能靠对申请策略的理解来尽量的避免和排
除这类词，把这些地雷从你的推荐信乃至PL里面挖掉。
