TUNE-UP，提高改善发动机工作性能
许多人不明白TUNE-UP到底是什么意思，有的车行把它说成是调校发动机，其实我们可
以把TUNE-UP理解为检验维修和调整火花塞，点火线，触点，皮带，正时等部件的过程
，以便获得最好的发动机性能。一般主要做的是更换火花塞、分电器盖子与转子，高压
线（部分车型）和做积炭清洗等。如果不定时做发动机TUNE-UP，会出现车抖动，费油
，无力，排放尾气恶化，甚至熄火，无法启动。对于普通火花塞，在时间上最好不超过
两年进行一次，对于白金等高质火花塞，可适当延长。 |

任让我想想start-up, 然后跟他打电话讨价还价。请问这start-up该如何要？ 我这个
岗位特殊，前两年帮他们建新program,然后转成TT的职位，所以一开始并不会有带博士
的任务。之前系主任说可以给我2个月的summer pay 包括在start-up package里， 然
后我也可以建个规模不大的实验室，买些设备啥的。 但是对这个package的总价，如何
