upper的档次在于枪管，你有这三档选择：1. 找最便宜的，2. chrome lined或
stainless steel的（不锈钢的寿命短点但精度更好），3. CHF的。 |

技术方面就不提了，反正网上都有，八卦为主。
本来呢，这次计划很美好，5天时间呆在Boston Basin，先后爬Forbidden Peak/West
Ridge, Mt Torment / S Ridge, Mt Buckner/N Face, 一个CC，一个Ice Credit，啥都
齐了。
结果还是计划赶不上变化，周三早上六点赶到Ranger Station，领队说Cascade Pass天
气大差，雷暴加上雨天，要不大家找个石头cragging几天算了。同学们很不甘心地一路
往东开，先开到Washington Pass，早上下雨石头还没干，远方一团雷暴云正在酝酿中
。接着往东开到Mazama Rocks，说不然crag一天打道回府。几个人都是好不容易腾出来
五天时间的，哪能这么甘心束手就擒呀，在小店里头喝咖啡的时候就有人提议说要不咱
们一直再往东开，开到大提顿公园去爬大提顿吧。几个人面面相觑地互相打量打量，就
这么决定了。继续往东开到Winthrop，某人的智能手机终于有了数据信号，看看天气貌

发帖数: 21 | 17 89 Accord，其实是upper ball joint坏了，但是这车的设计必须连着control arm一起换
。两年前就发现ball joint漏油，一直没有去管它，最近咯吱咯吱的声音越来越响，终于
下决心修了。零件新的Majestic那儿没找到，AutoZone
OEM的要80刀，没时间去Junkyard找就在Autoandparts.com上bid了一把，两天收到七八个
offer，从25块到80块都有，就要了一家说是excellent conditon 30块包邮费的。第三天
回家就见门口FeDex放了一个小纸盒子，打开一看还真不错，arm上busing什么的都带着，
这样我只剩拧3个螺丝的活了。去AutoZone借了一个ball joint tool，怕螺丝拧不动就又
到HarborFreight搞了一个$8的break bar。工具齐了剩下的就简单了。把车支起来后不到
半个钟头搞定，把LD佩服的一塌糊涂。看看换下来的ball joint都快掉出来了，还真有点
悬。其实换整个arm要比光整个joint简单多了。上路开来一圈，没发现allignment有什么
问题，收工。 |

左侧，不是太麻烦，有本80多块的Ford的shop手册，上边说的简单，拧3个螺丝就玩了。
1、拧下固定球铰到hud的螺丝，可这该死的球铰杆它不出来。最后，用那个带2个抓的工
具硬顶了出来。新的倒是一插就进去。
2、固定Upper Control Arm到车体的2个螺丝一个好办，另一个处在n条刹车油管旁，折腾
了1小时，用力矩扳手套了个拧轮胎螺丝的长套筒作杠杆，终于解决了。
3、右侧的，要卸n多东西，不换了。还有右mount坏了，也是同样够不着，干不了。
顺便换电动天线杆，破PepBoys，给欧的更本不匹配，未果。
用了下adven的那种$20的冲击扳手，感觉不错，准备装备一个。adven，这东西耐用么？
感觉把手小了点，握着不舒服。还有就是没打车，用电池，用它上好轮胎螺丝后用力矩扳
手拧了下，连100ft-lbs都不到。 |

踩刹车时能听到尖锐的金属摩擦声
刹车后车子前后一顿一顿的
行驶在不平的路上，能听到引擎室咣咣的声音
送到firestone去检查，第一个问题说是因为lower control arm磨损了，包在外面的
rubber已经没了，露出里面的金属
第二个问题也是因为这个引起的，而且用手去扳轮胎，轮子是有小幅松动
第三个问题说是engine和引擎舱的连接，那个叫upper motor mount磨损了
这些都修下来，要1500+。。。。严重超预算了
不知道这些问题是不是像firestone说的那样。。。。恳请大家的回复
另外，买零件去华人修车铺修，要注意什么问题呢？ |

先换家专修Volvo的店或者dealer重新诊断，firestone说的问题都是在的，但应该不全
lower control arms磨损是这车的通病，让technician同时检查inner & outer tie
rod end、axles、sway bar links和suspension的各个part
control arms最好自己买Genuine Volvo Part 或者 OEM part，然后送到专修店更换
只换一对Control Arms的话，自己买配件+labor大约要$500-700，最后还得做
alignment $50-100
engine upper motor mount是所有这一代volvo必定要更换的部件，实际上可能每30k~
50k就会损坏需要更换一次
这一项自己买配件+labor要$100-150
刹车的声音和刹车一顿一顿可能跟brake pad或者disc有关，建议dealer处检查是否需
要更换
另外，lz车的Lower transmission torque mount和lower engine mount估计也已... 阅读全帖 |
