NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- Sales of new homes slipped for a second straight
month in June, unexpectedly falling 1%, as homebuilders remained reluctant
to boost production.
The Census Bureau reported an annual sales rate of 312,000 new homes last
month, down slightly from a revised rate of 315,000 homes in May. Compared
to new home sales a year ago, June sales were up 1.6%.

市就变得越来越容易操纵。屁民只有等着送钱的份儿。
花街的算盘是将金融市场弄得越来越复杂，发明越来越多的金融产品来赚屁民的钱。但
是迟早把自己都玩进去。说是增加市场的活力，增加流动性。全是放屁。你不想买就别
买。以前流动性差的时候根本就没有这么多危机。如果不能卖空，狗剩和Paulson能联
合做次贷卖给客户，再反手做空大赚吗？
以前卖空还有一个uptick规则。现在连这个都被花街的游说团给弄没了。许多小型股只
有被操纵的份儿。上回09年花街吓死了为了自保才暂时禁止卖空金融股。缓过气后更是
变本加厉盘剥屁民。还有naked shorting，左右手互博，pre-market的价格操纵。都应
该禁止。
如果奥巴马想经济有起色，想连任，只要禁止卖空所有有价证券。股市立马上涨，屁民
有钱了，401K长了，才会花钱。大家应该坚决支持正在进行的花街革命。坚决反对所谓
的精英对劳苦大众的残酷剥削。 |

今天的小涨很可能是因为昨天下午不小心破10%啦，虽然迅速被拉起来啦，但是还是触
动啦Short Sale Restrictions。具体的条文就是破10%后当天和第二天不能以等于或低
于bid的价钱short。而且还有顺带还有alternative uptick rule。就是要涨一天才能
继续没有限制的short。于是我猜测MM让今天有个小涨，明天就悬啦。。。唉，啥都不
懂就炒股，怪不得我亏这么多。 |

The number of quakes greater than magnitude 4.0 in Southern California and
Baja California has increased significantly in 2010. There have been 70 such
quakes so far this year, the most of any year in the last decade. And it’s
only April.
There were 30 in 2009 and 29 in 2008. Seismologists said they are studying
