this Espresso machine is $2100. I checked Amazon review and it is said that

发帖数: 21830 | 2 搞笑，2000刀跟1000刀的区别也就是自动化程度不同而已，咖啡还是一样的咖啡，因为
espresso的压力有极限，不能做到很高。尤其是全自动机器。
全自动机器维护非常复杂，光除钙就得好几小时，没几周搞一次。还要买专门的
cleaner.
一句话，你不开咖啡店，不swim in the money, 2000刀的还真没多少区别 |

rather than ground coffee :-). Coffee beans need to be stored in the
refrigerator once opened to keep them fresh. |

一般我都是喝到胃疼才加奶。
另外做Americano（expresso蒸水），latte（expresso蒸奶）或者cappucino （
expresso蒸奶加底奶），Irish （expresso蒸酒精） 其实都需要蒸馏其他液体，所以
有蒸馏机还是需要的
其实意大利阿姨跟我说，expresso的好坏只跟三样东西有关：咖啡豆，温度，和filter
咖啡机只要温度控制得好其他不重要。现在还有小店的意大利阿姨用传统的点火的蒸馏
方法和传统的clove当filter煮咖啡，那种最好喝其实。 |

machine in my office. The coffee it brews tastes much worse than the bigger
one used by the whole company: the same coffee capsule, the same Keurig
brand. So now I just have to give up this way and walk several minutes to
the bigger Keurig machine to get a cup of coffee. |

that, he only drinks espresso.
another time, when we had a group lunch at an italian restaurant, after meal, the waiter asked anyone wants to have cofee, tea or lattee. One italian guy said the waiter must not be an italian guy since no one drinks lattee/capuccino after meal (italian meal tends to be very heavy so people usually don't want to get any milk more in their drink).

trying espresso elsewhere...instead I rather drink Cortado to damper the
