关于非中国公民办国内房产出售委托书，中国大使馆有“须经该国外交部或其授权的机
构”认证的要求，前面有热心网友告知可以到State Secretary那去办。
不过刚听说如果美国的公证机构在中国有注册，其出具的证明就直接可以到中国大使馆
去公证。
请问如何找这种公证机构？

I read that now people in Sichun need such stuffs as masks, feminity cares,
baby diapers, and baby formula. I read in a post that somebody's family in
China helped bying in China and sent them directly to somewhere in Sichuan.
It's easier and faster than sending from US. Anybody has any idea what kind
of postal address we can use, since my colleagues and I are planning to do
so?

当然，你一旦进入系统自然美国的服务就高档多了，别的不说，光看看ER的设备就知道
了。但问题是你不是那么容易的可以进这个系统，很多小病自然也被耽搁了。
比如美国有很多成年男子缺牙齿的，但这在中国很少见，中国最穷的人一般都弄得起假
