Gold standard is urine catherization.

4月9号进ER， 今天4月15日， 6天过去了，宝宝今天还算稳定。给大家说说一些事情，
寻求帮助并希望对其他父母有些借鉴。
第一: 几乎我们接触到的绝大多数医生都不仔细看报告，他们根本就是按照程序准备换
肝，没有一个人相信我们家的宝宝能保住他的肝。这时候如果父母不给孩子最后一线希
望，孩子肯定没法独自战斗了。
第二: 就是医生们现在都很专业，导致很多事情互相扯皮。在我们家宝宝的情况下，就
是杀人。我们一再强调孩子这个病跟长期食用奶粉反应不好有关，所以任何奶粉都得非
常小心。结果他们给孩子的奶粉30个小时内，孩子各方面情况全面恶化，被迫再次大剂
量输血浆和ffp. 以后要成为医生的网友，父母有关孩子生长详细信息的话一定要认真
地听和思考。对于一个小个体，医生的固执就是一个肝或一条命。
第三就是huaren和mitbbs的确是对我们海外需要帮助的人来说最及时。我当时看了

2014年11月在LabCorp检查了卟啉病。
Porphobilinogen Qn, Random Urine的结果是0.6mg/L,属于正常范围(0.0-2.0mg/L).
ALA Delta,Random Urine的结果是0.2mg/L,属于正常范围(0.0-5.4mg/L).
后来再次做过钡餐加静脉注射造影剂增强的CT,还是没有发现腹腔或盆腔内的任何问题
，综合肠镜没问题，血液化验没问题，以及胃镜没问题，大便化验没问题，国内去看了
西京医院的消化科医生也说是IBS。
美国的GI医生给我建议是吃MiraLax,他的理论是虽然我也每天定期解决大问题，但因为
IBS,剩余的大便在肠子内堆积，坚持吃Miralax,能慢慢让剩余的大便也慢慢排空。他说
一个半月症状应该改善。我已经坚持了2个月，感觉确实改善了，现在那种难以控制的
中腹部剧痛没有了。现在我的饮食中米饭的成分也很低，更多的是素菜，水果，豆腐，

water. The morning dew may be good enought some time.
Even you have to stalk hunt deer, I still not recommend you to shoot a deer

因为下午有seminar 老板没来得及上厕所 我们就往回开了
路上老板表情异样 我想是估计是要pee 就直接问了 老板的脸刷的就红了
我赶紧开了GPS找厕所 最近的还有20几迈
只好找了一个僻静的路边 我停下来 打了双闪
老板下车去路边林子解决问题了

都能约到当天的appointment，小孩急症walk in也可以，晚上周末直接去
urgent care，稍微等一会儿就能看到医生了，哪里有约个家庭医生就拖一个月的道理？
还有像x-ray,urine,strep这类的检查当场就能知道结果，需要细菌培养，血检什么
的也就是几天时间就接到电话了。也看过专科医生，一个星期之类也可以约到了，
有时候是因为自己有事故意推后一些，找个合适自己的时间。
还有为什么说保险批准会耽误看病时间呢？从来都是先看病，把保险信息给他们，
他们再去弄保险，寄账单来的，没有说需要等着保险回来再给你看病的。总之
在美国看病根本不像有些人说的那么慢，如果病人自己着急可以进展的很快的。要是
老美都有中国人天不亮就去医院排队的那股子劲儿，老早就可以看好病了。 |

碎碎念念的解释。其实这是正常人的反应。别人往你屋里成桶泼粪，你站在屎堆里还装
鼻炎患者，甩着膀子谈人生理想价值观什么的，那就有点太二了。有人劝他“走自己的
路，让别人说去吧！”这话说的轻巧，你家都改化粪池了，你还能往哪条好路上走？到
哪儿都得游着过去，还得是狗刨不能是蛙泳。
所以，总要是打扫、要清洁的嘛。
可是韩寒打扫的任务很艰巨。他需要证明自己的文章是自己写的。这个太难为人了。比
如谁要让我证明我这篇文章是我自己写的，我就证明不出来。

标 题: 今天陪老板去作孕检 结果出事了！

今天老板让我陪她去医院作孕检 医院还蛮远的 高速要开三四十迈
去的时候还好 孕检也蛮顺利的 回来的时候出事了
为了做一项血检 老板在医院喝了不少水
因为下午有seminar 老板没来得及上厕所 我们就往回开了
路上老板表情异样 我想是估计是要pee 就直接问了 老板的脸刷的就红了
我赶紧开了GPS找厕所 最近的还有20几迈
只好找了一个僻静的路边 我停下来 打了双闪
老板下车去路边林子解决问题了
万万没想到 一部警车pass by 以为我们车坏了好心 停下来问
我傻乎乎地说车没事 就是方便一哈
胖警察一个箭步就冲进林子 把老板拎出来了
还上了手铐！！！！！
胖警察说public urinating要罚五百块 外加一天jail time。
老板被拎上了警车后座
上车前幽怨地望了我一眼 -- 也可能是恶毒地。。。
