Sunday evening in Urumqi, capital of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur
Autonomous Region, according to official sources.
Li Yi, head of the publicity department of the Communist Party of China
(CPC) Xinjiang regional committee, said early Tuesday morning that the dead

Wulumuqi还是Urumqi?刚发现老婆的公证书上写的是Urumqi，但以前当学生签证的时候
都写的Wulumuqi。不知道有关系吗？
另外以前签证的时候写我自己的出生地都是我们的县级市，但发现公证书上写的是地级
市的名字（县级市属于地级市管）。那我到底填哪个呢？
