哪些题目要做，有哪些要注意的？

I only got 60 to 75%. I felt very disappointed and quitted. Three days ago
when I did usmleworld, I got 80% to 90% in time-mode. I feel the usmleworld
questions are much easier than Qbook’s.
Many people say that UW questions are more like the real exam.
How's the chance for me to get over 95 in CK if I take the exam in two weeks
? I've scheduled my CK exam on Jun 30, but I want to take it a little
earlier if possible. |

发帖数: 57 | 8 最近刚考过step3，在intern 结束一年之后终于考完了 USMLE.
由于step1，2 已经几年了，很多东西都已经忘记了，intern期间把MTB断断续续看了一
次。 感觉临床经验还是挺重要的，虽然对于很多step1，2的内容都已经忘记，但于此
同时对于很多疾病的理解也深入了一些，不像看书那样只有抽象的感觉。
复习过程： 共休假两周，第一周在考前两个月左右，做完了USMLEWORLD， timed， 64
%， 把错题记了下来。
第二次休假之前已经把USMLEWORLD 的CCS case做了一半，休假
前几天把CCS的case一共做了两次，然后把USMLE的样题case做了2次。考前又把 UW的错
题过了一次。考前的头一晚上，把Swanson Family Medicine 上面的sports medicine
，dermatology，看了一次。
考试： 考场里还有很多其他也考step 3 ， 感觉时间基本都够用，看题的时候把题目
的最后一两句话看一下，知道题目问什么，这样可以省很多时间。CCS的9个case，第一

发帖数: 76 | 9 我是在PGY II 的第一个月考的，成绩一般，90， 但是自己是很满意的。做了一年的
intern，对考试的帮助是非常大的。
考试前把USMLEWORLD的MCQs做了有1/2，主要是做了儿科，妇产科，外科，和内科里头
自己比较弱的地方。考试的时候大部分题都摸不准，只有10-20% 的题是有把握的。
CCS也是用USMLEWORLD来复习的。拖拖拉拉的快做了一遍。做了一年的intern，觉得ccs
并不难，就是要熟悉软件。有的时候想要下order,但电脑软件不认。所以熟悉一下软件
是非常必要的。真正的考试诊断比较容易，比UW简单，但是结束的非常得快。真正的考
试不让你在那使劲的下医嘱。我只有2-3各病人有好转，其他的病人下完医嘱病人刚转
到病房题目就结束啦。当时可把我给吓坏啦。后来想想，其实该要的检查基本上都作了
，该给的药都给啦，就是还没看到检查结果或者药还没起效题目就结束啦。
考完试感觉很糟糕，从来没有过的糟糕。回家后查了查银行的钱，发现要是没考过从考
的话钱还真紧。后来因为工作很忙，很快的也就把考试这回事给忘啦。

1。运行acrobat 9 professional（注意是运行，不用打开任何文件）
2。在浏览器Safari中打开ＵSMLE World界面
3。点acrobat 9 professional 下拉菜单－文件－Create PDF－from screen capture
，就可以了，然后存成pdf或jpeg都
行。
注： 以上在苹果机上通过，PC未试，应该也可以。附图不知怎么上穿，呵呵
在PC上fscapture是可以考usmleworld CS的。google fscapture to download。 |

过, 发现她有的笔记也很有用的.
Q BOOK 没有MARK, 我都是做在草稿上的.
我的电子文档是送的, 包括 GOLJIAN AUDIO(还带笔记, 电子的,打印出来后,对着听就
可已了), KAPLAN VIDEO(在网上DOWNLOAD 的, 花了整整一个礼拜,是真人讲课,效果挺
好的), KAPLAN QBANK 是2007年底的版本, 一共有两千多道题, 有全部的解答. 医学其
实发展不会很快的, 我考完发现这些资料足够了, 用不着花钱买最新的.
当然你还要买FA的, 这是ESSENTIAL, 最重要, 我觉得FA 加上我的资料足够了.
可以买UW, 这个没有盗版的, 去USMLEWORLD 买. |

final score 99ers always felt they were going to fail right after the exam...
I think for step1, kaplan notes, current version of First Aid, Goljan
pathology book, USMLEWORLD are enough....of course, you always needs search
or google helping digest the knowledge from books..."UNDERSTAND"(I prefer "
digest") instead of "remember"....
NBME is good for estimating your real score...I would say minus 5~10% for
step 1....but plus 5~10% to estimate your real one.... |

所有的题干都非常长，我觉得即使44道题，从头到尾读一遍一个小时都不够。因为我的
第一步考的不是很好，所以第二部准备的时间很长（近7-8个月），很仔细，但是考的
时候仍然觉得脑内一片空白，竟然没有几道题觉得自己十分确定的。对比出来就说自己
能考99，98的牛人，觉得非常的惭愧。真担心，第二部的成绩通不过。
不知道各位考完S2后的感觉是什么样的？如果通不过，是否可以重考？不通过的成绩是
否影响MATCH? |

2CK ： 1年半前
材料： 2CK 笔记 (过两遍），usmleworld MCQ + CCS （一遍题，两遍笔记）
没时间作simulaion，usmleCD 等。
考试： 第一天： MCQ 7x46 (1hr); 状态不如第二天好，不能投入。最后几个题总要扫
过。
第二天： MCQ 4x30 (45min); CCS x9 （时间有富余）
当时也是硬着头皮决定考的，主要是觉得等开始后，连10天的功夫也没有了。成天惦记
也是怪难受的。所以不追求高分，3－4 个礼拜是可以解决的。
考完后也是不确定能不能过，好多题都是猜的。
总的感觉面向常见病临床处理，只作UW呢是不可能覆盖的，所以2CK 的笔记也很重要。
要是有时间的话，KAPLAN 肯定帮助也很大。

. the competition has been, and always will be, tough. 10-15 yr ago, no
USMLEworld, no kaplan, few FMG in program (meaning more prejudice), ppl get
matched then went through a more uncertain, difficult path ... so no whining
, go ahead if u like medicine, rather than thinking it is a "easy" choice of
some kind ... good luck. |

而且online你可以知道自己的weakness在什么地方，一定要做online的，这个钱不能省。

大龄。断断续续准备了两年。实在是无法接受低于90，等于给本来就艰辛的路再自我增
加难度。
10 月份结束USMLEWORLD。 看了三遍，以解释为主。 最后大于80% 正确性。NBME
FORM 1-4， 75%-85% 正确。一个月前， NBME FORM5，online 470。 然后主
攻FA。 一星期前， 2011 USMLECD online 80, 80, 86% 。 USMLE SM2 online
： 590。
还有最后两个月。请求弟弟妹妹的建议如何提高？尤其是BEHAVIORAL science,
Nervous system/ special senses, Hematopoietic and lymphorecticular systems.

的时候只能用鼠标，如果发现敲击键盘三次，就要吊销账户，还要报告给Medial
Commettee和Residency Program。
怎么回事，弄得这么严重的样子？为什么不让敲键盘？ |

Anesthesiology，自己也很高兴, 现在告以段落，我也和大家分享一下我的考试，申请，以及面试的一些心得体会。
１。 我为什么要考 Board。 简单的一句话就是 '不甘心'。我毕业后干过三年心脏麻醉, 然后在药厂混了两年, 98年来美念Ph.D，刚开始念，师兄师姐就告诉我说前途暗淡. 一条路是念Ph.D，考 Board，但当时他们说考试很难，Match 更难，而且必须得有Green Card，所以当时就放弃了这个想法。但我也不想接着念 Ph.D，当时我一个同学在念 Epi Ph.D，说着这个以后找工作不错，于是一学期后转了过去念 MPH in Epi and Biostat, 毕业时IT正是火爆的时候，很多人都去念了IT。生统的工作非常好找，就这样我开始工作了，一直到现在。生统的工作其实满稳定的，收入也还可以。但我一直觉得不考 Board 是很亏的。首先，先不说收入，省的有些人又开始说其他工作如何如何。大夫是一个非常受人尊敬的职业，而且非常稳定。所以Aremican花那么多钱和时间去念医。而且他们允许 I... 阅读全帖 |
