fia给了一大堆11/26的transaction要求验证， cyber monday 害人不浅， 发现有无数
单子的payee从没听过， 只好含混斗胆答应下来， 要求解锁账户， fia逼着我念了几
遍咒语后， 终于可以进入账户了，发现不知道payee的都是temp hold, google到是好

沙特砍价的消息已被市场消化，亚欧盘WTI已经涨到了46+。
俄罗斯准备谈判对熊军是很大的打击，任何理智的熊熊都不会考虑在这里做空，相反，
