一年信用记录，一张freedom，一张discover，一张CSP副卡，一张PRG没有上报。
昨天申请CSR和unlimited，两张都pending。
今天打电话,csr通过，地板额度。
但同时unlimited被拒了，理由是too many requests or accounts opened recently。
不知道这种情况需要reconsider吗？想要unlimited绑定交utilites。

March is the shoulder month. No one is using NG to fire the peakers now. But
wait until May/June, the price of power will be determined by the price of
NG. Coal is out now, and utilites are scraping those old inefficient coal
