错,
我觉得看你自己的选择，个人职业前景的规划和生活（家庭的）意见。
荷兰薄厚税后大概2000-2200欧吧，跟美国差不多。也许一个优势是移民长居非常容易
拿，当然如果没有工作实际也意义不大。。
美国的AP是一种赌博，赌上了可能回报就很不错。作为新AP的头1-2个薄厚有可能出很
好的文章（看人品啦），比如上海细胞生化所的一个新PI，博士在西北只发了1篇JBC（
可能比BIOLOGY版上很多人都差吧？），但是他眼光（运气）不错，（当然做的也很好
），赌了一个从SCOTT LOWE实验室出来在MIT独立的新AP，结果4年薄厚一篇g&D，一篇
NATURE子刊，华丽海归了。
当然就算大牛实验室出来的新AP也有很多不是那么牛。。。这个看你的眼光和人品。
另外跟新AP有一个好处是可以学到一些管理实验室，GRANT申请的TIP，跟老板个人交流
也多一些，对于如果想独立做老板的是一种很好的经历。
转方我觉得看人，但是一般转方向很大还很成功的真的是少数。。。相近的领域毕竟上
手较快，尤其你感觉个人能力还没有那么强的话。
当然看你的描述貌似你博士期间就很独立，那么转方向也是不错的选择。

其他的就算了，农村。
想搞学术就在美国。跟你现在的老板混，混的时间久了有感情了，文章有没有无所谓。
想四处混工资还是欧洲好混。
找一个陌生人当博士后老板，你是鱼，人家是刀，最多就是一盘菜。 |

理系的那帮老头子一顿骂……都认为他这个所谓的熵是扯淡的，连他自己都不知道这个
里面的熵指得啥，就是一个吸引眼球的想法，也许这个熵的思考方向是正确的，但是他
目前的那些东西还是扯淡 |

小子自己都不知道自己所指得熵代表
什么（至少在那个talk别人问他他说不知道）。我觉得在没有例证且作者自己都搞不清
楚的前提下，更倾向于认为那个东西
是扯淡的。Utrecht物理系的老头子们做事情都是很严谨的，不象很多人赶时髦。 |
