续做博士后，简单看了一下， dallas及附近，主要有UTSW 和 baylor research
institute。请问一下这两个地方哪个博士后的福利待遇好些，visa 是给H1B还是J1.另
外除此之外，还有什么研究机构？谢谢。 |

发帖数: 2818 | 6 懂行的来了哈，有人同时把三种东西都标记上吗？UM的Yukiko到目前为止还没有去做各
种系统，我的话就把报道有和没有永生链的系统都做一遍，看一下情况如何。Yukiko真
的还是很猛的，没见过，从研究记录感觉应该是很扎实的学者，她博后的工作一出来，
大家就觉得她就应该做这个了，果然独立后很快做了这个哈。
JHU XIN的工作我还真没有注意到，11年以后我对这个关注已经比较少了，Xin当年找工
作见过一面，感觉是很HUMBLE低调。不过我看不论XIN 还是YUKIKO对这个问题都属于打
游击强热点发大文章的搞法哈，
目前有谁在系统地不为发大文章的来研究这个问题吗！XIN 还是YUKIKO的组估计现在都
很难这样去做，倒是SH的组，要钱有钱，要人有人，江湖地位也有了，技术储备也有，
所以我当时想游说SH哈，被他一口驳掉了，当然SH其实同这个领域是不太相关的。XIN
和YUKIKO博后实验室，RANDO实验室，UTSW SM实验室 等更有义务做这件事哈，sadly,
I don't see it is happening. 就像干细胞MARKER一样，顶尖的实验室都不愿系统地

yian是很牛，方法学都做得到人名反应了，最新的进展也相当不错，很欣赏他的科研，
不过组内氛围就差远了。zhangliming，wangwei人都还可以，research也不错。dengli
也不错，延续并发展他名师的方法，做的有点声色。不过以上都是方法出身，合成方面
做得出色的还是很少。
要是连taiwan也算进来哦话，最大当属Chi Huey翁了，他的成就很少有华人能及。UTSW
的chenchuo也不错，合成做的相当有水平！
以上只是个人主观偏见，希望大家补充指正。 |

得. 你说得这些, 也不比国内做得好得人要强. 基本上没中西差距. 你要说搞合成, 可
能国内得中国人还能强点.

11月初拿到的。我们大老板有两个FELLOW，和他们混熟了，还很惊讶为什么中国人这么
早就有面试，我说你还不知道印度人有多早呢！他们都说他们当时都是在10月底和11月
处收到的面试通知，大多是在12月和1月份做的面试。都很牛的：Mayor clinic
Rochester and UTSW Dallas. |

取能够impress他们。
大家看看usmleforum,已经有人受到Mass general的IV了，triple 99加research加PhD,
毕业时间也不长，真是优势占尽，羡慕一下。 |
