gton读数学，我mm过几天要去university of chicago读生物。因为我们在一起有些时间
了（快要六年了……），所以我想问问我转到她们学校的可能性，还有具体怎么操作~
我的情况大概是这样：无paper，有过一个有名无实的本科生科研（同组同学就是拒了m
it出家的大牛~），GPA major 3.8/4.0 overall 3.5/4.0，排名5/70（概率统计系），
GRE 470+800+4.5 杯具，TOEFL 96 (Speaking 22) 内牛满面……
因为我想做概率论，所以去年申请的时候数学和统计的项目都申过一些。当时uchicago
申请的统计，被默拒 T_T 其他学校结果是这样……

发帖数: 1761 | 13 你看到的这些毕业生大部分至少也是去的前40的学校。你有看到有多少MIT, CALTECH,
CMU, STANFORD， PRINCETON去50以后学校的？所以我说我们这里要是招个大几十的FAC
ULTY短期也能排到至少前40。我都没敢说前30。
而且不是我看不起公立CS的牛校。说老实话，常青藤的CS很多排名才3，40，但是出去
找FACULTY比什么UIUC,UWM强。我们这里管招人的教授明目张胆地说就要常青藤的。
我觉得常青藤在很多美国人心里比你CS的某几年的排名强很多。就像你国内什么复旦，
南大的比什么东南，华中科技强，虽然可能东南，华中科技这些工科学校的CS也不弱。

想要奖学金的可以试试UMichgan 在数学系的
GSU UWM也会给为数不多的几个奖学金

虫是亲戚，同属节肢动物门，和虾，蟹等更亲了，同属甲壳动物纲。
这东西数量特多，是鱼类的饵料。
其实还可以写很多，怕大家没兴趣，还是收笔吧
高，知道利用流场判断很远地方的食物，能区分两种类型的食物，能利用流场改变食物
入口的方向。而且还能通过同类游行留下的尾迹来作为identity。这东西的1－2个微米
的口部特写，简直就是恐怖科幻片理的海洋变异食人怪啊。那个教授调侃说，如果这个
东西是鲨鱼尺度的，简直就是噩梦啊，被他远远锁定，跑都跑不掉了。牛逼啊！给个链

The degree you want is “FINANCE” not “economics”. If you like research
in economics rather than research in finance, please choose UWM. However, if
you are looking for a Finance Ph.D., choosing BC will be better. Why not
try to train economics and statistics stuff by yourself, and if you have any
question on that, just discuss with faculty in M.I.T. or Harvard. I don’t
think economics level in M.I.T. or Harvard is lower than that i |

）。来美快1年，本身按照规划继续读一个cs 或者ee 的master，但是现在一想到以后
还要继续从事技术工作就有点郁闷。
想考gmat 申请商学院。考古了以前的帖子，发现如果不读top 10 好像没啥前途，可能
还不如cs 工作机会多，pay的多。 但是自己觉得我的水品申请top 10 基本属于水中月。
大家觉得是应该尽快的上一个cs 出来，还是好好提高口语，好好准备申请MBA 呢？
MBA 始终是自己一个梦想.
另外问一下，UWM 的mba 如何？
思绪有些混乱，大家见谅。 可能这个问题也算月经贴了。但是还是希望大家给些意见
。 如果问，Why MBA，现在到没有什么具体的职业规划，就是想change life style. |
