I don't have personal experience as a landlord, but according to what I read
, insurance companies may deny your claim as homeowner insurance is only
valid when you live in that house. Even if you don't rent it out, but you
keep it vacant instead, you will have a different insurance premium because
such houses are considered at-risks.

如果他们查到我已经被裁，是否会reject我的申请。或者我原先公司是否有办法搞黄我
的申请。
问题2. 我现在正在积极找靠挂的地方，如果这个申请被reject，我是否可以拿靠挂的
地方重新申请，是否来得及？
问题3. 如果我拿到的OPT延期，我再找正式工作，公司不是everify，我4月1号递出H1b
申请，我是否能够从4月1日起合法工作，还是我必须等到10月1日才能工作？因为我知
