delivery, and your general health. The best scenario is having a vaginal
delivery, 1 or 2 degree tear, and good health; you will probably be well
enough to return after 4-5 weeks. Everyone is different. I would prepare for
the less than the best scenario, and it means you will need others to cover
for you next semester. If you plan to nurse, it's even harder to recover.

宫腔妊娠。本来我是想着拖到下周做B超应该有心跳了。RE说最好这周做，让我周末过得放心。B超肯定
是trans-vaginal的，我担心trans-vaginal对子宫环境的刺激和影响。其实我也知道理论上说应
该没有关系，但是上次怀孕，在spotting后做B超，当天出血就越来越多最终流产给我留下了阴
影。而且在我已经是recurrent pregnancy loss的情况下，任何外来的影响我都会担心对宝宝不
利。
宝妈们觉得我应该做这个B超么？我现在不想做B超的理由是：HCG增长情况好，无腹痛，出血现象暂时
未增加，只要在等一周就可以连心跳一起看，否则过一两周还要做B超。。。 |

And I only met around five doctors. I could run into any of them if I have
vaginal delivery. I saw bad ratings of some of them through the internet.
I posted previously about some concerns I have with vaginal delievery here.
But I don't understand why they are so against it. |

need balanced bacteria. Any vaginal cleaning even with clean may cause the
loss of balance. If you notice any abnormality, just go to see your doctor.
Don't use vinegar without doctor's recommendation. |

walgreens，被告知一般都是服用的，没人用vaginal的，我想还是明天电话问问。

我觉得该处方开的不当。楼主可以直接说，“Take”这个词确实会缺省认为是口服。
Vaginally就是应该用insert这样的词。而且“Take with food or milk”，如果是外
用药，为什么要同时吃东西喝牛奶？更加容易造成误解。就说这两个事实，不用提你忽
略了vaginally这个词，也不用提你是外国人。就是本国人也容易犯这个错误。要求医
院给减免copay。 |

等了大概45分钟吧，然后弄完血压啊URINE啥的，OB进来带个手套就说要弄前后2个地方
做G STREP TEST。那就弄吧。说实话感觉这个比内检要痛。。。弄RECTAL比VAGINAL要
痛。这个大概30秒吧。
然后告诉我要检查我的CERVICAL。又是一顿手进去抓。她好像带的是普通的手套，不是
消毒的手套，不过这也没啥，反正VAGINAL也是有细菌群的，只是以前在医院看有些医
生护士是用消毒手套，估计那些人是破水了吧。恩。
然后进去就说。宝宝头已经下来了，宫颈开始软化了，但是还没开指。这个大概也就不
到30秒的时间吧，估计15秒？这个跟我去年妇科检查是一个手法，时间长短和力度，所
以也没啥。
个人感觉，内检应人而异吧。我的体验是没有其他人说的那么夸张，又痛啊又流血啊什
么的，也许我OB手法好？女OB手小温柔? 我也不知道，反正就2个女人给我做过内检查
，一次是女NP，一次是女OB，男OB PAP SMEAR过，但没内检过，大概就这样吧。
头胎估计开指比较慢，不过时间还OK， 我打算还是悠着点，等37，8周后再多走路折腾
