两个作用方式不一样, 但是都有助入睡 (不过后者气味很重).
melatonin只能夜晚吃, 调节生物钟的.
也有些sleep aid类的东东, 是两者都含有的.
melatonin一般药店卖的都是几十mg一颗的, 最好一颗切成几小半, 一次只吃一点. |

你妈妈现在吃的降压药是calcium channel blocker(CCB)
CCB may cause insomnia, but beta blocker(楼上提到的）may cause
hypersomnia.
