老妈的脚痛得不行了，国内诊断需要手术，而且要换关节，想问一下，这个问题在美国
是属于骨科(ortho. surg.）还是足科（podiatry）的呢？能不能请有这方面经验的人
说一下什么样的手术效果更好一些？多谢了！ |

* Between birth and 18 months, an outward-turning (varus) alignment from hip
to knee to ankle is normal. Between about 18 and 24 months, this alignment
