想去alaska玩，坐cruise去，就有出境入境的问题。加拿大的签证是一定要签的我知道
，但是可以凭美国的i94卡，过期的f1， pay-check和公司的证明直接回来吗？有没有
人有过这样闯关的经验？ 油轮是seattle 出发，seattle回。都是美国境内。我实在没
有办法出去所谓的反签一下再进来。问了油轮的工作人员也说不知道！？谢谢啦！！！ |

I can see that it might be risky, but I had J1, F1 before and then H1B for 2
.5 years and now ready for school again. It's safer to go back to china and
get new F1. But it take too long and I don't want to quit too early.
Any suggestions?

140 was denied, your 485 is denied too, your EAD become invalid the day 140
was denied. I would suggest you immediately file MTR, during MTR your EAD
might still be valid but please consult with the lawyer
this is the risk you have to take when you concurrent file 140 and 485, and
use the EAD before 140 was approved

dismissed, USCIS may or may not touch your 485 case at all, if they touched
it they might sent you a denial notice, if they did not touch it that does
not mean your 485 is still pending nor does it mean you can use your ead and
ap, it simply means uscis do not want to wast any more time on this case,
because it is not valid anymore. In fact, you are misleading other people.
