. 现在担心的是以后卖车肯定会因为这个折价，所以想申请diminished value claim.
麻省是支持diminished value claim的，但是问了好多人都说没有听说过，不知道版上
有没有人做过，能给点建议的。初步想法是去dealer那问问，然后找个地方做
appraisal report。 联系过对方保险公司要求这个赔偿，但是被拒绝了。我不担心上
小额法庭，正好去见识一下。谢谢大家！以后我会来说说这次处理车祸的经验，都是摸
石头过河，处理一次以后比起以前还是有底气一些了。 |
