这跟什么IPO,什么second offering没有关系，这些是public offering，对应的是
private offering，本质上都是offering，就是股票的发行，其中可以有原始股东的
offering，这部分属于股份转让，钱是不进公司的；公司的offering，就是公司出售股
份，钱要进公司，这钱不能低于par value，发行价格中超出par value部分就是发行溢
价，计入capital surplus项目。

收盘价。但是我的这些itm的call卖的时候因为dividend的原因已经打折了，而现在它
们相当于以原价减去time value被我买回来了，我这中间不就是亏了dividend的钱减
去time alue么。
具体的计算是我卖的时候是打折了的价钱（股价减去预计的dividend）加time value,
而买回来的价格是股票原价。中间我整个亏了个dividend-time value。 |

His top-2 was way under-represented. It was not a thin value bet at all
given that he checked behind at the turn -- I would call AQ a thin value bet
here, but betting top2 for only 2 streets is by no means a thin value bet,
unless he believed that David never check raise with AK or other two pairs

先说两点老生常谈的大原则：
1。统计的意义，不是告诉你 truth，而是告诉你 possibility （p-value），然后你
自己根据 cost function 来选择判断标准/风险标准（比如说 alpha value），对比 p
-value 来做 decision。这一点至关重要。换句话说，统计是工具，是 case
orientated。
2。Context 是决定性的。同样的统计结果，不同 context （case）下，意义可能大相
径庭，decision 可能完全不一样。苹果分拣分级设备如果有 5% 的分级错误概率，是
可以接受的，降落伞如果有 5% 的打不开的概率就是灾难性的。抽离开具体的 case，
单纯地说 p=.05 是没有任何指导意义的。
然后具体到 t-test 来。t-test 和其它常见假设检验的初始 context 是：在工程领域
，在寻求体系的改善时，在有限的资源下（时间/人力/物力），如何能够尽可能安全地
确认 H_o 是错误的（所谓的 H_o 保护）。这个 context 可以具体 |

What do you mean it can not be changed.
The primary type arrays are also objects, objects are passing by the copy the
address(or reference). If programming correctly, the value of a[] definitely
can be changed.
for example:
int a[]=new int[]{1,2,3};
void f(int[] b){
b[1]=3;
b[2]=4;
}
Calling f() can definitely change the value of the a[]. of course, if you let
b refer to a new array inside the f() such as b=new int[]{};, then it is a
totally different story.

fold change between two chips means nothing, since it could be random or due
to bad probeset or what ever error message.
P value means more, since it is calculated from statistics principle (in most
cases, they, wrongly, assume normal distribution of the gene expression data.
that is why you have to do log transformation, which makes things more like
normal distributed)

does not change, than 2X ETFs can lose 20% of its value for a given period
of time, and if we hold the 2X ETFs for very long enough, and stock price
does not change, then we will completely lose all of values, right ?
