发帖数: 11017 | 1 之前已经介绍过我鳄的09年进攻阵容，接下来就要展示下我鳄赖以成为季前冠军的防守
阵容。众所周知，坚强的防守对球队战绩的巨大重要性；而我鳄正是凭借日臻成熟完善
的防守，肩负起球队制胜的关键，在08年反而能够在进攻火力自07年后有所下降后大幅
度提高全队整体战力而一举夺冠。09年赛季我鳄将拥有全部的11名去年首发防守主力以
及10名第一替补，可谓是兵强马壮；而在上赛季结束后风闻要另择高枝的防守教练们
DAN MCCARNEY、CHARLIE STRONG也一个都没走成，为新赛季的防守坚固更添一份胜算。
讲我鳄如今固若金汤的防守，就不能不提三个教练。大家知道URBAN MEYER长于 SPREAD
OPTION进攻和特勤队，防守方面并无过人之处—不像BAMA的NICK SABAN或者是OU的BOB
STOOPS，都是从DC起家的。MEYER征战07赛季时就吃尽防守被人打穿的苦头，因此赛季
一结束后就一口气挖来两个防守教练：他们分别是MICHIGAN（又是MICHIGAN!）的角卫
教练VANCE BEDFORD和USF的DL教练DAN MCCARNEY。BEDFORD当年就是TEXAS的正选 |

发帖数: 11017 | 2 从05年URBAN MEYER接手鳄鱼，到06、08两夺冠军，到如今这几年的功臣猛将们纷纷出
走，感觉GATORS的一个时代结束了。
06一代自然不用讲了，TEBOW虽然传球动作遭很多人诟病，但作为鳄鱼的精神领袖作用
不可替代；BRANDON SPIKES是难得的LB人才，同样具有超非的领袖作用；TE AARON
HERNANDEZ和CB JOE HADEN是两个三年级生，但具有NFL第一轮的实力，这次也是走定了
；同样是07级的CARLOS DUNLAP估计也将离去，少了他鳄鱼在SECCG上被BAMA打的溃不成
军。
教练方面更是大换血，主帅URBAN MEYER无限期离职，不过小道消息说他有望明年8月归
来；在鳄鱼待了13年、前后辅佐过SPURRIER,ZOOK,MEYER三代主帅的三朝元老，防守教
练CHARLIE STRONG终于要走了，他带走的不仅是鳄鱼近年来固若金汤的防守，还有调教
出08-09赛季无敌二线的CB教练VANCE BEDFORD--此人当年在MICHIGAN可是CHARLES
WOODSON的位置教练啊。另称RB教练KENNY CARTER也有望追随STRON |

MICHIGAN出品的QB，打过NFL，教练履历也很好，前几年貌似还差点去JETS当主教练？
是不是08年请RR的时候，HARBAUGH还没现在怎么拉风？
我一直挺喜欢MICHIGAN出品的教练的，我鳄如今的QB教练SCOT LOEFFLER是我最希望看
到的MEYER接班人。08-09年鳄鱼的CB教练VANCE BRADFORD我也非常饭，可惜跟着
CHARLIE STRONG去了LOUISVILLE。
MICHIGAN一直都是PRO STYLE的打法，也许是因为这个一直是教练界名门正派的代表。
不知道现在RR的皮鞋剑法开始发威，MICHIGAN是否从此就走上邪教的不归之路？呵呵。 |

. Harbaugh's both OC/DC this year were from Michigan families. So they have
strong ties to Michigan too.
Mattison's defense has been solid at Michigan, ND, Florida. He missed two

在treadmill上跑步实在非常boring,所以现在星期一到星期四跟着她们跳各种操，什么ad
vanced steps呀，flex,kickboxing呀，呵呵。发现这些美国妞还真厉害，要跟着她们把
每个动作都做到位还是很有难度的。不过虽然锻炼了，但饮食方面也得注意呀，不然功亏
一篑啦。这两天早上喝的是绿豆粥(自己熬的)，玉米蛋糕(自己烤的)，对了，早上一定要
吃饱，而且是应该吃得饱饱的，这是偶一个师姐的经验，她已经整整减了30磅了(不过她
以前是有点超标)，因为天热，不想炒菜，所以准备天天中午和晚上吃SALAD，无非是些生
菜啦，胡萝卜，西红柿，青椒什么的，不过偶是一定要加点dressing的。对了，我白天还
经常吃点别的，什么香蕉啦，苹果了，白煮鸡蛋什么的。唉，偶是最爱吃甜食的，什么ic
ecream,cookie,chocolate呀，是我的favorite，让我不吃饭，整天吃这些，绝对行。现
在只能稍微节制点了，真可怜。对了，还有夏天到了，真的懒得煮东西，我都好几个星期
没烧肉吃了，好象也不 |
