vandetanib，商品名称Zactima。但是这种药在中国没有进口，没有上市。所以他们想
试试能不能在美国买。
我对这个～～还真是一窍不通，还请版上的高人支招。
顺便问下，进入三期临床的药，能算正式上市吗？

vandetanib 是针对tyrosine kinase EFGR/VEFGR 的抑制剂。最好先做个基因分析，看
看他是否适合，再决定是否用它。有些类似的药,比如 Erlotinib (Tarceva)可选。
没有处方，处方药和临床药很难在美国弄到，看看AstraZeneca是否会在中国做临床。
三期临床的药，不是正式上市，但有时可以卖（在明显毒副作用发现前）。
btw, they are ridiculously expensive if no insurance. |

You should contact AstraZeneca China directly.
I doubt you can get the medicine even with prescriptions from "on-line
doctors", as the drug is not approved yet. |

医生说跨county了，可能不行，但愿意试试

aggressive tumor. I agree with againstwind, your wife needs biopsy of the
enlarged lymph node. She can get a PET/CT before biopsy to see whether the
lymph nodes have FDG uptake. Should these tests confirm recurrent disease,
it suggests that the tumor is radio-I insensitive. If PET/CT only shows
localized disease in the neck, surgery need to be considered. If she has
