美国宪法规定，有两种途径，可提早结束总统任期。一是国会弹劾，二是依宪法第25修
正案规定。国会眾院如以简单多数(218票)通过弹劾，即可交参院「审讯」，如获三分
之二多数票裁定弹劾罪名成立，总统即被免职。另外，第25修正案规定，副总统加上三
分之二内阁成员(川普内阁共24人，因此需其中13人)，就可决定总统身体和精神状况是
否适合履行职责。如果14人决定，总统不适合履行职责，就可停止总统职权；但14人作
出决定后，还需参眾两院各三分之二票通过。
布鲁金斯研究院10日发表报告，川普5月初开除前FBI局长柯米过程，已足以构成妨碍司
法罪。理由是，川普作为总统，虽有权开除柯米，但开除柯米的动机却不合法。他要求
柯米效忠，又「希望」柯米不要再调查「通俄案」，已足以证明动机是要阻止司法调查

得到的最低价是21060刀。我在NJ，州税是7%。
同学建议我再看看SE的feature。我开车是新手，买车的主要用途是上学和购物，长途
