香烟构不成毒品，但是 vaping 可能达到接近毒品的效果。
长期 vaping，对于提神没有帮助。反而严重影响睡眠，导致你总是感到疲惫。
跟咖啡因一样，这些东西偶尔用一下很好，但是经常性的使用，只有副作用。
如果有需要，你可以看看 nootropics 。比如 modafinil，是比较神奇的东西。

砂逼的是非要加什么雾化剂，结果大家都用最便宜的，就是洗厕所的清洁剂的主要成分
之一。那玩意儿说是无毒，但那是指洗完厕所后的吸入剂量，不是把肺成天泡里面来算
的。这下出来好几个肺萎缩的病例。
要照老汉说，那雾就没必要，年轻人其实也不喜欢，干脆去掉算了，还隐蔽一点。
老汉戒烟几十年了，也没开戒的意思。但尼古丁防老痴，很可能以后普及。跟他汀一样
，如果嚼得活到六十够本了，就别用了。但非要活过八十，吃垮社安，那四五十岁就得
长期服用。老汉这么提醒是为你们伢们好，尼古丁防老痴，但治不了，对老汉这种，悔

一些比较严重的灼伤会增加宝宝日后患皮肤癌的风险，所以应该采用正确的措施避免你
的宝宝遭受过多的阳光直晒。
6月龄以上的宝宝，需要使用防晒霜，另外，在日照高峰时段应避免直晒（通常指早上
10点至下午2点）；同时，给宝宝穿着保护性的服装，戴上有帽檐的帽子和太阳镜。
6月龄以下的宝宝，应尽量避免被日光直晒，用物理方法如穿着防护性的衣物，戴上有
帽檐的帽子和太阳镜来避免被太阳光晒到。
儿童防晒霜的使用指南
1、选择一款广谱防晒霜（对UVA和UVB射线都有防护作用），防晒指数（SPF值）至少达
到15以上，美国皮肤医学会推荐选择SPF 30及以上的防晒霜。
2、涂抹的量不能太少，要勤涂（每2小时补涂一次），如果出汗较多或水中活动则需要
