financial situation, but for long term, some info you may want to consider.
Accuray has two major products, Cyberknife and Tomotherapy (bought by

发帖数: 1604 | 18 我刚又测过一次，算了%cv，表现比较好的，是OD 0.8左右的核酸样品，%cv在1%左右，
表现差点的，是OD 0.3左右的蛋白样品，%cv大部分在5%左右，但是有一个样品的%cv超
过了10%。10%的误差对我的实验来说影响太大了。
所有的样品都是用的相同的buffer，测之前也vortex过。用的样品体积都是4uL。
相同的样品我在一台Varian Cary 100 UV-Vis spec上测过，样品体积300uL，光径1cm
，测量结果相当稳定，每个样品的%cv都低于0.5%甚至为零。
更郁闷的是，同一个样品在Varian和Nanodrop上测得的OD不一样，Nanodrop的读数比
Varian的普遍高25%以上。
我的Nanodrop肯定是需要calibration了，刚订了那个CF-1，先校准一下再看。。。不
知道calibration对reproducibility有没有帮助。

满足俺们的需要 （分析天然气合成气以及C４以下 的hydrocarbon 以及有机含氧化合

我也觉得varian应该给我们一份manual.但是公司人说没有， 回去找他们要。

confirmed that I have to tune the probe to the P31 frequency. But I cannot
do it automatically, I will have to tune it manually. There is no one else
in the company did that before, so I will have wait for Varian tech personel
to come. But it will take sveral month I guess. Thanks anyway. |

rodes in Bruker. One rode is labeled T, standing for Tune, and the other is
labeled M, meaning Match. I am not familiar with Varian, but feel it should
be the same as Bruker. It also depends on what probe head you have and you
have to find the right rodes for P31, in my machine, it is written as X.

Did anyone offer you onsite visit and give you a guided tour on a real
inside hospital? Don't rush to conclusion too quick.Most medical physicist
relies money from clinic, not research funding. So dealing with old sick
jerk will be your daily routine.
As to residency, did you have any experience of operating Varian LINAC? If
this is the first time you hear of linac or Varian, then forget about
residency.

内容提要：春秋、战国之际为中国古代社会的一个极为重要的制度转型期，诸子百
家均为未来社会新的制度安排纷纷提出了各自的理论体系；其中荀子创设的“礼制”思
想可谓不同凡响，“从经济思想上看，荀况不仅集了儒家的大成，而且也集了先秦各家
的大成。他是我国第一个从总体上对封建经济制度进行了理论分析的思想家。”荀子所
设计的“礼制”思想，为后来的大一统的封建帝国的经济制度与经济政策的制定，提供
了理论依据，其影响十分深远。笔者以为，荀子的“礼制”思想既是“荀学”的核心，
又是其经济思想的基石，更是具有中国传统特色的制度思想。
