MMR - LG and I both have records in our yellow vaccination documents from

刚刚在社区医院打了 MMR 和 Varicella. 社区医院给我的单子上有一个下一次需要打
针的时间 -- 01/17/2012. 据说MMR 和 Varicella一共需要打两次.而医生说我不能在
01/17/2012前打第二针.必须要在之后打.,一月7号就要自己的原本居住地.已经在移民
医生那儿做了皮试和验血.而且也希望能早点交485.如果我只填今天这一次的MMR 和
Varicella记录在I-693表上,请问会对我的申请有影响吗?

的血清免疫，serologic titer is 1.02 falling in the range of Equivocal (0.91-
1.09),如果>1.09被认为免疫。
我即将去上health professional program, 我想知道这个Equivocal对我上学有没有影
响，对以后进入临床实习呢? health professional program是不是对这个免疫要求很
严格？
如果有影响，我现在再打一针/两针能产生免疫吗？
我该如何办？任何建议和信息都非常感谢。 |

immunoglobulin. However, I am not sure this is the standard procedure,
since varicella is not such a deadly infection. If you just stay in the
room with the patient without intimate contact, you are probably fine. Most
Chinese don't have vaccination if you were born before 80s. |

I did ask the nurse and she said the is no time constrain on my mmr , but
considering other mistake they had, would like to do some homework before

现在我们Program要求both 血清滴度AND documentation of 2 doses of varicella
vaccine，特别说明documenatation of history of varicella is no longer the
proof of immunity.
所以我想问equivocal能被视为Ig G Positive for proof of immunity?
如果不能，再打一针到两针能否达到免疫的滴度（titer>1.09).如果还达不到，是不是
就不能完成临床部分的训练？

incubation period
there's no intimate contact, but varicella is airborne...
anti-body injection is not a standard procedure, the doctor may or may not
willing to give me this. would there be any anti-viral medicine can be used
now?

have immunity and have contracted the virus this time. However, it wouldn't
do you harm and can protect you from future infections.
Acyclovir won't eliminate the virus. It simply slows down the replication.
If you already contracted the virus, acyclovir may make your symptom milder
, but cannot prevent you from becoming a chronic varicella carrier |

是怎么做的?
没有必要预约看医生吧，又不是看他，只是要去验血而已。
是不是首先解释说移民需要。然后把那个指导手册拿出来，说这两种要验血看有无抗体
。可不可以直接去验血中心？不知道你们咋做的？
另外问个问题，到底是检查Td还是 Tdap？
technical instructions如是写道：
Yes, if 7 years and older (for Td); if 10 years through 64 years (for Tdap-
see ACIP schedule); if 65 years and older (for Td)
感觉第一个if语句漏了右边的限定，
7-9 years Td
10-64 years Tdap
64- years Td
Tdap似乎包括：
破伤风，白喉，百日咳
破伤风据说要10年一针，所以我应该没抗体。白喉，百日咳没听说过呀。
我在出国前没打过。

have time to do blood test :(
Also, just called the civil surgeon and was told they do not accept
insurance even though they are in PPO network. I guess that may be because
not filing with insurance they can charge a higher price - they charge $90
for Td and $160 for varicella. Are these reasonable?

另一个人在Completed Series那栏也有VH，后面的Contraindication没有选
不清楚这个是什么意思，哪个是对的，之前没发现，今天看了下之前体检的复印件才发

the second shot next week. The doctor of immigration doctor told me that I
should keep the copy of my second shot. The paper work of immigration is OK
for only record of the first shot.Because the USCIS knows that everybody
should get two shots of varicella vaccine.

child, you will have positive titer test result and thus no need for
additional shot. Sometimes your family doctor could even order it for you.
