与别人share wall.同时屋子在顶楼。在看了差不多15个apartments之后，今天基本决
定在两家中挑选。
一家是750 sq.ft.，有onsite laundry room，离学校大概3.6miles，$569房租包括
heat和gas（貌似屋子是all electric所以gas不用管它了，hot water不包）。另外加
29块钱的水费。于是总价格就是600块一个月。我自己付电费和网络。
问题：
1.卧室外面是一棵树，阳光可能不是很好，另外不知道会不会有很多鸟在外面叫。
2.living room和bedroom没有顶灯，不知道影响有多大？（dining room, bath room
和 kitchen都有灯）
另外一家是720 sq.ft，$569啥都不包，没有onsite laundy room，离学校大约4.
9miles，感觉这家更温馨一点，外界环境也更好一些。所有房间都有灯，有washer/

还可以省省税。就一个人住，不过可能不久BF就会来和我一块儿。
今天看了看一个10年新的HOTEL改成的CONDO，区还可以，不算差也不算很好。因为离公路
有段距离，因此很安静。但同时离DOWNTOWN也很方便。想去玩玩，去CHINATOWN吃饭，开车
也很近。总体而言算是一个闹中取静的地方。
BF喜欢一个在顶楼(4层)的房子，1BED1LIVING，VAULTED CEILING，同时ATTIC也属于你。
而且你还可以改CEILING，加上小楼梯，地毯，就是一个比较高的小二层。上面空间比较大
，放些个书架，花草盆景，床都可以。我们发现另外一个UNIT是BUILDER自己把ATTIC改成
这样一个小二层，就加价快6万。BF认为我们可以DIY，或者自己请人，这样肯定很划算。
不知道大家XDJM们有没有这样的该装经验？一般这样花销多少？目前看来，至少需要一个
3米怎样的旋转楼梯，还有一些地毯，以及把一小部分(全在自己的UNIT内)CEILING去掉。

floor plan. 我的合约 11月30到期，距离现在还有8个月，之后可以续签。我这个
unit现在正常的月租是930往上1100的样子，我的lease是每个月875，我还可以补偿300
左右如果你可以4月初搬入，这样每个月大概830几。
Alara以它的服务赢得名声。我可以毫不犹豫地讲，它是我住过的公寓里住得最舒服的
。 另外地理位置无可挑剔，2，3分钟就可以上GA 400. 除了公寓本身各种配套设施，
如洗衣房，游泳池，健身中心，网吧，小朋友的playground,步行几分钟就是North
Point购物中心，target超市，书店，餐厅等等，各种酒店只有几分钟的路程。
