雄性激素不质的根本原因不是运动什么的，因为白人也没那么多运动。原因就是饮食结
构不能刺激雄性激素分泌，首当其中的就是精制的白米白面，饭比菜吃的多； 其次是
豆制品，豆奶豆腐都会导致雌性激素的增长。
黄种人的运动一般就是跑跑步什么的有氧运动，也刺激不了testosterone的分泌。

1. 對國內飯店評價極低，中國地陪推薦的飯店他們吃不下去，最後在賓館裡糊弄糊弄
：一位是gluten-free vegan、一位是不吃動物某些部位、一位是絕不吃魚（宗教信仰
），中國地陪也不懂這些，事先完全沒想到。
2. 一下飛機在ATM取錢時遇到了很大麻煩，中國ATM完全沒有英文選項，也沒有英文提
示，google拍照翻譯也不好用，最後費盡九牛二虎之力勉強取出現金。
3. 沒有時間逛街，對中國歷史完全不懂也不感興趣，沒有地陪也不敢出行，結果在賓
館裡渡過一週時間。
4. 因為完全沒有wechat（怕土共檢控），也無法租車，也不好意思找中國人幫忙，所
以最後也沒有遠遊。
5. 中文只能看懂“中、一、門”，到哪裡都需要google拍照翻譯，非常麻煩。

现在有《红皮纳塔记》，《智取美洲虎要塞》，《黑色娘子军》，《沙里亚浜》，后续

大家看看剧情移植有啥缺陷，如何修改能更有样板戏风范。

墨裔美国人冈萨雷斯经营美墨边境小镇上的一家墨西哥餐馆，与养女阿德里安娜，老母
胡安娜相依为命。美国边境巡逻队的队员艾斯特班经常来吃饭。原来，艾斯特班和冈萨
雷斯都是墨裔移民地下组织的成员，守护着穿越边境的地道在美国一侧的出口，进行有
