的相关法案签署成法，华州法令往后将使用中性用词重新撰写。诸如“渔夫”（

印度博帕尔(Bhopal)灾难是历史上最严重的工业化学意外，死伤者数以十万计，对环境
更造成难以补救的破坏。1984年12月3日晚上，联合碳化公司(Union Carbide)在印度
Madhya Pradesh的博帕尔的化工厂发生毒气泄漏事件，估计导致3,500至7,500人实时死亡。到现时为止意外已导致16,000人死亡，另外有几十万名居民的健康受到不同程度的影响,他们除了肺部功能受到损害，神经、肠胃、生殖及免疫系统亦受到伤害。
经过五年的法庭诉讼的争论，联合碳化公司最终在89年与印度政府达成协议，只付出了
4亿7千万美元，就解决了所有的民事追讨费用。这笔款项看似非常巨大，但事实上每个
受害人平均只能拿取约370至533美元的赔偿，这还不足以支付伤者5年的医疗费用。世

1. 改了两篇paper，一篇已经接收了，一篇还在review中，还有两篇要改，一直拖着；
2. Review了n篇paper，都是欠了人情债的；
3. 投了一个小proposal，4w块的，就算拿到也不够版上牛人塞牙缝的；
4. 收集preliminary data的工作做了1/3，还在焦头烂额中；
5. 投了也不知道多少conference proposal出去，都不是一作；
6. 受牛人highly的启发，开始写小说（只敢写中文的），目前大概写了两万多字？
7. 我一手打造的veggie garden，so far收获了一颗西红柿，三根黄瓜。
To-do-list就实在太长了，到处都是untied knots. 老天保佑秋天给我减一门课吧！ |
