+ various veggie + light mayo or any light dressing, the total cal should
be definitely below 400.
do not go with chicken teriyaki, teriyaki is brown sugar+ soy sauce, nothing
good for losing weight, do not mention BLT ......too salty and fatty.
white meat+whole grain bread+light dressing or no dressing +veggie
those are the best combination, but avoiding meat+carb should always be the
priority.

Breakfast: 2 slices of whole wheat bread - 150
Lunch: 1 cup of rice + several slices of roasted beef + 1 cup of stir-fried
veggies + 1 cookie + 1 bite of brownie - 900
dinner: 3 bites of brownies + 1/4 cup of rice + several piece of roasted
beef + 1/2 cup of bean curd + pork slices + 1/2 cup of stir-fried veggies -
600
Total: 1650
Exercise : had a lunch seminar
Retrospect:
No late-night snacking (OK. didn't eat snack at night)
1200 (ugly. too much sweets)
运动45分 (bad. couldn't exercise)

pork bone meat - 600
dinner: 1/4 cup of rice + 1 cup of stir-fried veggies + several pieces of
meatballs + several small packages of cookies - 800
Total: 1550
Exercise : cannot due to a busy schedule
Retrospect:
No late-night snacking (Bad. but did eat too many cookies)
1200 (Ugle. too many cookies)

dinner: several bites of pizza + 1/4 cup of rice + several pork meats + 1 cup of stir-fried veggies + several small bags of cookies - 800
Total: 1550
Exercise : cannot. just too busy.
Retrospect:
No late-night snacking (OK. too full anyway)
1200 (ugly, 350 over the daily limit)

7/24 Party is over. Time to go back to hard work!!!
Breakfast: some sweets from last night party - 400
Lunch: 1 cup of noodle with roasted beef + veggies - 400
dinner: sampling in a store + 1 cup of stir-fried veggies + several pieces
of roasted beef + half cup of fruits - 600
Total: 1400
Exercise : not really
Retrospect:
No late-night snacking (OK. quite full at night)
1200 (bad. 200 over daily limit)

Lunch: 3 pork bone meats + 1 cup of stir-fried veggies + 1/2 cup of rice + 1 boiled egg - 600
dinner: 1/4 cup of rice + 1/2 cup of roasted bean curb + several pieces of pork meats + 1/2 cup of stir-fried veggies + 1 handful of roasted peanut + 1 small package of rice crispy - 600
Total: 1400
Exercised : climbed 40 floors

Lunch: 1/2 cup of rice + 1/2 cup of stir-fried egg-plants + 1/2 cup of stir-fried veggies + 4 pieces of pork meats - 500
dinner: 4 small bags of cookies + 1 rice crispy + 1 bag of banana chips + 2 bites of stir-fried rice + 1/2 cup of stir-fried veggies - 800
Total: 1600
Exercise : cannot. (doctor said no. isn't it a good excuse?)
