本人去年六月份终止了半年的Verizon Fios TV and Internet
七月份将cable box寄回
但是始终未看到cable box收到的讯息
最终账单显示有balance中有Verizon cable box的钱（）
尽管如此，账单上显示的total due 是0
而且显示paid in full
本人就以为Verizon已经收到了Cable box并且不需要我付钱了
结果就在昨天收到了CBE debt Collecting Agency的电话
因为不想拖欠就先将账单付清
付清账单后
Verizon的账户里面才显示我有total due一定钱数
而且也不是paid in full.（Agency说不能立即显示）
我的问题是主要是
1.debt collecting对我的profile有什么负面影响
2.应该如何和Verizon交涉 （今早打过电话，被踢皮球的转到了不同部门，虽然make a
claim, 但是不确定能否最后结局）
3.怎样才能让Verizon report的给experian的东西给retrieve掉

址是不是cover，我的住址实在服务范围内的。说好8月2号开通。过了8月2号，还是无
法使用，每次插上modem，那个dsl的灯都在闪，看了说明书和网上的经验，可以是
phonejack的问题。用电话试了一下，屋子4个phonejack全都不工作，估计是没开通。
找宿舍的super，那个super态度很差，很不耐烦的告送我让我打电话给verizon turn
it on。
我打他们提供的800电话过去，语音提示，说我的问题无法识别，我觉得是我的口语不
好，让native speaker打过去，还是无法识别。
上verizon的网站，用 online chat 我一说问题，人家就说不归我管，马上闪人。
下载了verizon那个 in home agent软件，据说可以troubleshooting。但是那个只给已
经开始通过verizon使用internet的人用的，我用不了。
网上联系技术支持，人家要求先输入账户号，我第一个月的账单还没收到，也没法联系。

Verizon iPhone 4S has a microSIM slot. The Verizon 4S will be locked to the
Verizon network, though, so you can't simply go buy a microSIM while
traveling and stick it in. When asked where one could get a microSIM for
travel abroad for a Verizon iPhone 4S, the rep didn't know the answer.

这一交易预计将于今年年底完成。

这几年一直用Verizon Fios 25/25MB的internet，感觉还可以。从2个多礼拜开始，
每天到了晚上upload速度就几乎变成0，download速度还是25，第二天早上又恢复正常。
跟Verizon的Tech Support晚上troubleshotting了很多次，包括他们远程登陆到
我的计算机，也是没有什么效果。他们寄来了一个新的router也还是同样问题。
Verizon的repair team也来了两次，由于是白天，他们测试的速度也是25/25，但是
一到晚上upload速度就变成几乎0。他们把室内的那个Verizon box也换了，还是同样问
题。
问一下这里的大侠们问题可能是什么？我也搞不清楚到底为什么，连verizon的人
也不清楚。如果实在不行，就只能换其他家的provider了。 |

关键是tm的发现打电话的时候lte就消失了，跟我先前用的trucfone一个操行
店小二表示可以用wifi，我去
后来一查，发现要激活lte for voice and data，我的iPhone 6s里选择的是data only
，选吧，发现选不上！我cao，一选就是lte无法激活通用，打电话给verizon，verizon
的客服态度巨好，但是不知道原因
后来一查，发现是个common问题，要添加个什么advanced calling的feature，好吧，
折腾了半天终于建立了个verizon的账号，发现没有这个feature，再次google，发现
prepaid的没有这个功能
也就是，你要是用verizon prepaid，你就不能边打电话边上网
WTF！
至此，彻底不打算折腾了，说说我这两周折腾的，，包括以前用过的，有tmobile, att
, h2o, cricket, trucfone, ringplus, freedompop, verizon....
