些病症不会描述，有些在国内吃的比较有效的药，不知道英文的药名是什么，还有
就是这里医生说的病名不能立刻反应出来是什么。在整理以前贴子的时候，发现有

恰好那时看了一本介绍Pilates的书，图文并茂的，很受教育，知道真正的pilates课，
很多是有器材的，作者开玩笑说，像是刑具。但是，一般gym里，是没有器材，都是mat
exercise。心里就想着，有机会的话，去那里上堂课看看．
头几天，在Aquaventure玩得不亦乐乎，心里还念叨，不知道有没有时间去上pilates呢
。没想到，最后还真去成了，而且还是一对一的"private lesson". 那天跟老师约了早
上九点的课，没想到，只有我一个学生去。
老师是一个印度裔的女士，年纪跟我相仿吧。课前交谈，告诉她，我做瑜珈有几年了，
但是，Pilates的课，只上过一两次，器材的从来没上过。最后，我们决定，这次的课
