and dangerous for kids. I dn't know the other trail is easier than this one
, but you can go up through tramway station (I forget the name of the trail)
. But with your kid, I suggest going up by tram, that's the safetest way. |

一直没有走过这个传统路线，这次打算弄个简单点的Late Bird队和Justin遥遥呼应地
走一下，看有没有人一起走。全程约10mi，上山4mi爬升4000ft很有挑战性，属于比较
难的道。从Devils Backbone下山，6mi左右。上下山途中风景多有变化，山顶在一万英
尺以上，环顾四周无所遮挡，还可以远眺同在万尺以上的 San Gorgonio 和 San
Jacinto。这个Loop的起止都在Manker Flats （Justin队的终点）。附图为路线图。
周六（11/13）早上 8:30 在 Mt Baldy Rd & N Mills Ave 交界处的停车场（下面链接
地图中的A点， Justin们的集合地点）集合 carpool，最多等 10 分钟。

（8038') 5 mi 爬升2200 ft。 下到 Waterman / Twin Peaks Saddle（~6550)，再上到East Twin Peaks（7761'), 1.3 mi , 爬升 1300 ft，
走回原路到Saddle接trail回到trailhead. 总距离约 14 mi， ~4500爬升。

从去年第一次跟Justin爬完3T+Baldy开始， 看到山的高大雄伟就感到无比激动的兴奋
，先后走了Mt Langley， Mt Whitney 跟Mt Tyndall. 在Tyndall上我看到它的邻居
Williamson我是定为今年的目标，现在计划还自己一个心愿。
提早发这个贴子是为了招集有同样兴趣的同学一起参加。 因为活动有一定的难度及危
险， 只限于认识的ID。 如果不认识的ID，希望有你有熟悉经验的ID证明你的能力，

Map，才78块，太激动了。我上了车就把它打开来用，然后出了几个问题：
1，没有mount，吸盘是连在机体上的。
2，我找了几个rosedale的地点，结果终点都定错了。
还是用Garmin吧，靠谱点。还得过去退货。 |

Distance: 6+11 miles，但根据我的GPS大约有20多miles,这个17miles可能是平面距离
