要做一批反应（20个左右），在1ml甲醇里加热到50度5天左右，外加磁搅拌，要求甲醇
不能挥发掉，什么样子的瓶子最合适？普通的vial加上四氟乙烯胶带甲醇一天就没了。

放微波炉弄热。一个才几刀。我先弄热它来敷PP，把肌肉弄松弛一点，然后用针管把油
状的黄体酮吸进针筒里，用热了的Gel PacK 把针管里的药弄热，（一般不热 Vial里的
，因为里面的药还要用几天），当针管里的药弄热后，换一个针头后，就可以打针了。
这一步很关键。这样，推药时，会大不一样。
然后，打完针后，再敷PP.
当我第一天没有任何准备就打针后，那一整天走路就一拐一拐的。现在，我基本没什么
痛的感觉了。

我一共用了10天的FOLLISTIM,每单数天是750iu FOLLISTIM,双数天是 675iu FOLLISTIM
加 1 menopur vial (150 units). My nurse said that 2 menopur is kind of
equivalent to 1 follistim, so that brings the daily dosage back to 750iu.
750iu/daily FOLLISTIM 是 DR PETERS的CLINIC里 的 最高用量。但我不是第一个，也
不会是他的最后一个，用750iu 的PATIENT.
DR PETERS好象一点都不CONCERNED，对这个剂量和PROTOCOL非常有control有把握的样
子。倒是我自己很紧张，不住的问他会不会太高，会不会过度刺激得OHSS，他说不这么
大剂量恐怕对我没效果，他说他会closely monitor 我。实际上，他好像并未特别紧张
我，在用FOLLISTIM期间 |

the fresh sperm can live up to 72 hours inside the body. So the fresh sperms
have more chance to wait for egg. That means that timing is more important
if you are using donor sperms.

people always deny this fact.

time. But I can image how disappointed I was when the doctor showed me the
number on the day of insemination, after all the treatment.........
you can add some limitations: such as asian and other preferences. That will
reduce the number greatly. It is a lot of work. I let my husband make the
choice, just tried to get him involved. |

一是没try过不知道这一批的质量如何。 第一次的两管都低于2milion. 第二次换了
donor, 每管都有30million. 要再买时，发现sold out了。
还有总是幻想着也许这次就成了， 那多出的sperm vials退回bank 要损失好多钱。 唉
，没钱人的烦恼。
想再试试IUI. If I am not successful this year, I will definitely want to
start IVF this year. My insurance covers $20,000 for infertility. I only
need to pay for the donor sperms, lab handling fee and all the drugs. so I

我今年32岁，要做的原因是MF，Day3的FSH大概是5.3或者是3.5，就是护士打电话告诉

day 9看的，一边9个，一边6个。我的问题是，我看大家都说亚裔女性卵巢功能下降很

lupron颇有些疑
