Viatalk to begin on 2003, $190 bogo with ata box. Switched to MagicJack at
2007, $39 for device, then MJ plus ($49 at 2012), $69/5yrs service. All
cell phones has an app from MJ, can make call free with wifi and 3G. Kids
use at school with wifi, no need a cell service plan for them before they go
to high school.
