太爽了, 非常适合力量训练, 尤其是深蹲硬拉. 理论上也很适合跑步crossfit啥的, 不
过还没试过.
优点: 光脚训练的爽感, 绝对独一无二的酷感, 方便携带, 不同于其他鞋的舒适感. 还
可以增加回头率以及被搭讪率, 今天在gym就被搭了.
缺点: 码过少, 只有整数码, 没有宽窄码, 可能出现不合脚的情况, 虽然Vibram在后跟
设计了搭扣来解决; 脚趾的排列可能和鞋不一样, 比如你的第二脚趾比大脚趾长很多就
没法穿了; 鞋底很薄, 刚开始穿可能觉得脚底疼.
比较后悔没有选择嚣张的红黑配色而选了低调的灰色. 已经准备把生活用鞋准备全面过渡到five fingers... |

I got $40 from ON whey protein class action suit, as I believe their
advertisements regarding that enzyme thingy for fast absorbtion are indeed
very misleading. I felt being lied to and tricked. But I don't feel the same
way about vibram. |

performance goal, it doesn't matter what shoes they should wear. They can
wear any fancy and fashion shoes they like.
But it is a truth that many runners got serious injury by running in VFF,
including myself. And I dont think Vibram is stupid enough to pay for the
wrong charge.

cushion,鼓吹人体自身cushion就够，这对绝大多数不是光脚跑着长大的人来说不现实.

vibram classic is not flexible enough to be exactly like barefoot running. I
need something more flexible, and less padding at the bottom. As long as I
don't get skin scraped off on my soles, it'll be good for me.
