Earlier this year, Network World reported that Nye outsourced the U.S. jobs

评定职称的时候了。所以我在这里针对我的情况具体问一下，请版主和大侠们发表意见。
我的title是senior software engineering，我们单位还有另一个类似职称的东西，我
的叫做assistant vice president （AVP）, 从开始上班到现在这两个东西都一直没变
过，去年领导曾问过我对title满意否，本人本着绿卡前少折腾的原则，违心的说了满
意。
现在又到了年底，昨天我又仔细的研究过那个PERM的申请表（我已有PERM，等着交485
），我看到那个申请材料里关于我的title只填了senior software engineering，没有
assistant vice president的信息。
现在我的问题是，如果我今年年底去要求一个vice president （VP），但是让HR和我
的经理保持我的senior software engineering不变，那么485是不是肯定没问题？再说
