有人在说某某人是嫌犯，先别说他/她是不是，看看他/她在事情发生后的反应。如果事
情发生后有些人除了否认他/她不是嫌犯以及指责别人是以外，对投毒的victim没有表
现出任何同情心，不愿意提供任何帮助，反而玩消失，隐姓埋名，不愿意别人提起这件
事，希望别人讨论的越少越好，别人如果讨论这件事，尽量抹黑victim，说她跟别人相
处不好，该死，那么这人的行为不符合常理。如果他/她在事情发生后积极给victim和
家庭提供帮助，到处求人和媒体请求帮助，扩大影响，至少光明正大地对victim表示起
码的同情，那么这个人符合常理，一个投毒犯希望事情马上平息，不太可能希望事情扩
大。一般的犯罪心里就可以断定某人不正常，某人正常，除非他/她是想challenge公安

City nursing home worker was arrested Friday after allegedly threatening to

起诉哈佛大学和北卡大学他们多年来在新生录取时对亚裔的歧视。以下是一些触目惊心
的残酷事实：
1． 亚裔进一流名校SAT要比白人高140分，比西裔高270分，比非裔高450分。
2． 亚裔在任何一个SAT分数段的录取率都是最低。在同样分数的情况下，录取率比
白人低67%。比其他族裔则更低。
3． 我们很多品学兼优的孩子，有着高SAT，高GPA, 并有参赛得奖、优异课外活动
的资质还被长春藤等名校累累拒绝。
在过去20年亚裔学生不但数量增加，学生的素质大幅度提高的情况下，长春藤对亚裔学
生的录取比例基本持平。这些学校的隐形配额制已经形成对我们孩子成长和教育的最大
枷锁。是亚裔和华裔在美国所面临的最大人权问题。
今天，Blum先生已经站出来为我们抗争了。我们还能再做哑裔吗？华人应该组织起来，
趁热打铁，积极支持这一诉讼。具体如下：
第一、发动被哈佛、北卡大学等名校不公正拒绝的学生勇敢地站出来，参与到对这些学
校的起诉活动中。不论是公开或匿名方式，都是重要的支持。
