据介绍，可以帮患者免除看病丶检查等费用的白卡提供很多医疗福利，是不少低收
入人士的“护身符”，因此几乎所有人都以为只有为纽约州纳税贡献的美国公民或永久
居民才有资格申请。“其实只要是在纽约州的合法居民，无论持有F丶M或J类学生学者
签证，H类工作签证丶O类艺术家签证抑或B类旅游探亲签证，均可申请白卡。”刘爽表
示，由于这些人不被允许在美打工，或只能在校内做时限较短的低薪工作，所以收入几
乎均低至符合申请白卡的要求。

星期六到一家比较小的连锁店修闸(因为感觉刹车越来越松, 而且有沙沙的声音), 检查
了以后, 说后面两个闸皮,踏板, rotate 什么的都要换, 前面的闸皮和踏板也要换, 但
是rotate修修还能用, 给推荐了一个$100多的修rotate的package, 总共加起来是$600,
打了10%折后是$540. 结果修了2,3个小时后, 取了车, 发现刹是能刹住了, 但是刹车的时
候有咯吱咯吱的响声, 车身还左右晃动. 可是这时候他们已经关门了, 于是自我安慰的想
天立刻又跑到那家店里去问怎么回事. 而且修刹车应该是有保修的.
谁知那个负责给修的人不认帐了, 他看都不看车一眼就说: 哦, 那个我知道, 是两个
前闸的问题, 谁让你贪便宜不换前闸的 rotate 呢? 还一口咬定他给推荐了很多遍让我换
, 可是我拒绝了. (天哪, 明明是他说前面两个能修好的, 还收了我package的钱. ) 我坚

认倒霉吧，找victor mao理论没用，最后也是自己惹气。
有个办法也许有用，有人用过对付vicliyz (victormao), 就说去IRS举报。也许有帮助

他以前也总在SF版打广告贴图片， 当时有个mm出来说发帖说她租的车侧后面有一点点
蹭了，担心租车公司找她麻烦， 看见victor打广告就去找他修， 他让那个女生买了$
120的材料板子说可以喷下漆就看不出来，结果那个mm发现他搞得一塌糊涂， 说是当时
看他老婆旁边抱着个娃，也不好意思和吵他， 只好自认倒霉， 不修了，那个板子也不
要了， 而victor后来就拿这个mm买的那块板子做实验，再网上贴图炫耀自己技术。当
时那个mm说后悔没有早点上来揭发，如果她发贴了，或许后面就没人遭殃了之类。这样
的帖子还有几个回帖骂那个女生的，真是网上什么样的人都有。
同期还有点印象的就是有人发帖说车的某个毛病（记不太清是不是灯亮？）找他修，他
打包票说$150可以修好，结果第二天别人发现没修好来找他， 他只肯退$50就不管了，
最后别人在其他地方花$40就搞定了。
我记得的也不多了， 那会儿我也是个新ID， 不知道网上水深，被网上的脏话气的开车

，就把我自己的经历写下来吧。
我是和Victor约好的，由他先给我交了签证费，后面的事实证明
这是有好处的。我带的材料包括：I-20，奖学金证明，财产证明（虽
然没用，但也带上吧），教授的推荐信，学校开的在学证明，OF-156
两张，照片两张，护照，I-94，录取通知书，签证预约信。
23号晚上11点多才到El
paso，很担心旅馆没有车来接了（半夜12点之后就没有shuttle了，
只好自己打车）。出了飞机场才知道，虽然很晚了，但还有很容易打
到车的。12点多钟到了旅馆，倒头就睡。事实证明在时间安排比较重
要的情况下，在priceline上订票是很不明智的。它据然给我找了一
个24号上午8：00的回程票，只好废掉（也许可以改签）。一夜无话
，虽然这个城市在德州的南部了，但还没有我想像的那么热（可能也
就90几度的样子吧）。
24号早上6：30起床，在front desk吃了点东西，就等victor来
。7：00左右，一个很精干的人开了一辆类似于校车的车到了旅馆，
显然他就是大名顶顶的Vic |
