周末出去和一群人bbq，后座上堆了很多东西，昨天一清理，发现一条性感小内裤，貌
似victorian？的牌子，是新的标签还没有撕下来，估计是一个朋友掉的。
问题是我怎么找呢？等还是打电话一个一个问？苦恼啊 |

红色的是red shoulder还是german red？第二张是malawi trout，如果是，我还真没见
过analfin 这么红的？
我养african cichlid 也好几年了，鱼都换过很多茬了。现在几个缸，malawian，
tangs和victorian都养了一些，不过Hap只有一个group的blue dolphin，已经没有
peacock了。主要是breed太快，实在没有地方养了，放一起总打架，peacock太弱，谁
都打不过，只好ws的装孙子，什么颜色都没有了。
还是peacock和hap一起好看啊！ |

里面什么样的malawi和tang.都有，就是没有victorian。
我估计是定期的鱼缸清理的时候，帮我捞了几条yellow lab送我，呵呵。那人很nice，
家里也养了很多鱼。不过现在只breed pleco了。我养pleco的也是跟他学的。我在
boston地区。 |

新西兰南岛没有什么大城市，即便是最大的基督城，更多的是许多如诗如画的小镇。

南岛最出名的小镇莫过于皇后镇了，几乎可以算南岛的象征。这一天夜里，喵星人来到
了传说中的皇后镇，一轮玉盘挂在小镇山顶，倒影在wakatipu湖上
拖出长长的影子，一片空阔寂廖。
皇后镇后山的缆车应该是大家必去的地方了，的确是名不虚传，风景绝美，经典的皇后
镇照片角度就在这里拍，
站在小镇后山的缆车顶上俯瞰， 这里玩滑翔伞也是绝好之地，和美景互相映衬，赏心
悦目
然后又见蹦极，还有滑翔伞，从山顶还可以滑雪或者自行车速降，周边各类户外运动种
类不计其数。说皇后镇是户外运动门户，真是不假。
除了缆车顶部，还找到一个当地居民才知道的开阔景点，可以拍摄全景图，这里实在太

版上有好多姐妹和异性ID们给了我很大的鼓励，尤其感谢Victorian单独开帖，为我或
与我同龄的姐妹们“路打抱不平”，仗义执言。这个网络上还是有许多有理性有担当的
好男人，更有一些通情达理的好心姐妹，他/她们的心胸和眼光与那些“一叶障目，不见森林”，“光会说风凉话的”，完全不是一个档次。
让人欣慰的是，这几天版上有好几个与我同龄或年龄相仿的姐妹们也勇敢地发出了征婚

爷爷奶奶差15岁。爷爷是白手起家的企业家，奶奶是上海大洋行主的小女儿。按照现在
的观点。结婚的时候爷爷是高帅富的富一代，奶奶是富二代。奶奶的父母愿意把奶奶嫁
给爷爷的原因，除了爷爷事业有成，长的又帅之外，而且他早年父母双亡，女儿进
门就是主母，不用受公婆的气。

莎士比亚的悲剧我想到的有C&A和R&J两部（Cleopatra自杀前感慨命运也有提到情
人）。这里摘选罗密欧服毒药之前那一长段中偶喜欢的若干节。
偶碰到过非文学专业哪怕是英国同学，喜欢小莎的都不多（老师是例外：几乎都是
莎迷）。偶想偶能理解其中的一些原因，比方小莎的对话——如下面罗同学的临死感言
——经常像吟诗，像演讲，太多的description 淹没了情节主线 – 这对于习惯了叙事
快节奏，喜欢大小悬念交织，期待不断有twist的现代读者，莎士比亚确实不是最佳选
择。
莎剧研究专著多得都要把图书馆书架压垮，这里偶顺提下这种诗化风格的当时现实
原因：俺们现在的戏剧演出——服饰漂亮，声音效果佳，一流的灯光可以成为和演员同
级别的叙述手段了… 现代戏剧给观众带来的感官享受是全方位的；victorian era的观
众就比较惨，舞台道具简陋，声效差，他们快感来自看到听到的，同时更多需要“想象
力”。—— 这也就是带来想象的长篇累牍的“描绘”在那个时代的戏剧作品中频繁出

再加上有时候连接不好会断（第一次弄了快3个小时，快结束时断掉了），
所以花了好几个早晨才都down下来。偶重新整理了一下：
1.所有文件名都改成vol-xxx.txt格式，便于排序
2.79－88年的每年压成一个zip文件（1.8M左右），后来发现fortunecity
对每个文件的限制在1M以下，又重新压成了半年一个(0.9M左右），目录

I don't see any reason why a language cannot be venacular and subtle and
expressive at the same time -- think of Yiddish.
IMHO the problem with modern Chinese is rooted in the recent decades of
intentional abuse for ideological purposes. Granted, a few English words did
get abused during the cold war. In comparison, very few words in Chinese
escaped politics all together during the 2nd half of 20th century.

BTW, have you seen the movie 'possession'? It's about discovery and subsequent
fighting for ownership of a Victorian menuscripts(love poem) and that leads to
some history back in that era. A little too mellowdramatic according to me but
these days anything weaved with history can get my attention. Definately
going through a phrase...

booker prize winner. i'd say it is less clever than "the hours", but is at
the same level with "atonement". each or almost each chapter starts with a
long victorian poem that i skipped. the author was trained as english
literature phd then a lecturer and critic so some part of the novel gets like
critic analysis and scholarly research. she made up all those long poems and
letters based on browning and rosseti's styl |
