你的问题，咱只说大的，是上肢划水，全身streamline和打退。哈哈，除了这三个，游
泳也没啥了，是吧？ 这些是相互联系的，我觉得最好的办法是看video模仿。下面我会
找些youtube，推荐给你。你当前最重要的和急需解决的问题是你的训练方针和方式方
法。你给我的感觉是，把自行车和跑步的训练带到了游泳中。游的贪快，胳膊划的向风

2) Your NTRP level is likely <= 3.0, since you care more about
form than ability to win matches.
Your opinion towards Costco tennis racket may change once you
reach NTRP 3.5.
K Bold looks like an OK racket, but should be very unpopular
among USTA 3.5 or up players due to too low stiffness, which
affects serving the most. |

where I live. Nice weather, nice but slower court, and we videotaped the
match.
We have plenty of good players in Nothern VA, Chinese or other nationals.
As a matter of fact, I heard Reston, VA, also in my area, has one of the
larget tennis communities over entire US.
Playing with new players is always challenging and exciting, and really
helps to improve. |

Video capturing "video taping", so chances are you are old school. Your
cell phone should do just fine for you. If you ask people here. They will
refer you to buy 2k+ equipment which by their standard is "decent" but it
offers professional feature that unless you are really into videographing,
it's meaningless to you. |
