发帖数: 37 | 1 今天开了5个小时的车去外地看了一辆TOYOTA ECHO （YEA 2004， 32K MILES)。自己很
喜欢。这辆车看了以后开着也还不错。唯一就是出过车祸。
今天开到TOYOTA DEALER去车检￥69块的那种1个小时的DETAIL DIAGNOSIS出来说没有任
何问题。
但是刚才在网上查了CAR FAX 说这个车子是" TOTAL LOSS VIECLE":如下：
（这个车打算开3-4年，不知道这样买了的话以后3-4年会不会有太多的问题？
下午就必须给DEALER回复要不然他就不卖给我了请帮我看看。谢谢！）

今天又收到一个罚单，300整，来自于New York State Department of Motor viecles.
有经验的New Yorker能不能帮我看看这是怎么回事？还一罪数罚吗？我不是纽约州的驾
照，一定两个都要交吗？ |

发帖数: 1506 | 5 DMV的那个罚单不是罚款，明目是“Driving Responsibility Assessment”.
信里说如果是纽约州驾照，不交这个钱驾照就被吊销。
如果是外州驾照，不交这个钱会导致驾照不能更新。 但这里没说是不能在纽约州更
新还是全美国都不行。
我是外州驾照，目前来看不会搬来纽约州，但将来也不一定。。。我到底要不要付呢？
太黑了。。。

one we found has size limit for your viecle, so dont rent an SUV if you
