let's see, how about any one of the middle east countries, or any one of the
African countries? They certainly have a healthy dose of extra labor
supply. How does their job prospect look?
Labor supply has NEVER in the past and will NEVER in the future, by itself,
determines how vigorous the economy is. It can be a facilitator of growth
when the economic condition is already health. But it will be an anchor
that weighs everything down when the fundamental economic condition is poor.
