BBQ，热水SPA，健身房，瑜伽室，电影院，游戏厅，商务厅等等。小区环境优美，景观
都很漂亮，周围环境安全。小区内每栋楼都有自己独立的两层地下停车场，车位充足（
富余），街边也是可以免费停的。小区每月会有免费的酒会等等活动。
小区周边交通便利，距离UTC购物街步行五分钟，附近有自己的小的ＰＬＡＺＡ（CVS等

被偷的那位温州商人和一个agent认识，那个agent亲口告诉我的。这个agent一开始就
在Villa Chase帮人买房，对这个区域内的历史比较清楚。她的消息和Ryland的信息是
一致的。
Tucker的亚洲人确实很多。小学：亚洲人20%, 白人53%， 黑人13%, 西班牙人14%. 高中: 亚洲人14%, 白人73%， 黑人8%, 西班牙人4%。算是非常diverse的地区了。
你在Villa Chase和Princeton Crossing看到的面孔亚洲人居恐怕居多了。 大部分人来
自三个地方, CDC, Emory Hospitals, Emory University.
Ryland现在建的是第二期，卖完恐怕还会有第三期, 但不知道什么时候开始。
有一片地是另外一个builder的，因为设计不好，到现在一栋没卖掉 -- 卖了一栋人家又反悔了。

环境大部分地区应该都是蛮安全的。我当时也是找了不少，最后也只看camarillo oaks
就定了。。。好像租金都差不了太多。。。现在的价格肯定要比几年前便宜了。。。
camarillo oaks 左右邻居也是两家公寓租房，一个是rosewood apartments，还有一个
好像是villa apartment，有次进去villa的一个apartment发现里面很旧。可以在网上
找找其他家，约好时间看房再定也不迟的。。。祝你好运！ |

两个Getty，个人更喜欢center，villa感觉做得不够精致。。去villa的话需要网上预
约，免费。

，都是有湖有溪（人造的），散步的地方多，风景好。lakeside villas走去买菜方便

直是New Orleans渔民的后花园。seabrook铁路桥下到了季节会有white bass。
seabrook南面大拐角处10月份左右是钓speckled和flounder的好地方。东面桥3、4月份
天暖了可以开始一天钓早、晚两次speckled；9月开始有flounder run，期间运气好的
话会赶上那么一两次jack run（得换上大杆粗线）；5月份前后桥南面紧靠岸边台阶有
大嘴，这就是为什么我的钓淡水经验不是来自淡水。东边桥与西边桥之间在7月中旬那
几天可以钓到size不错的小黄鱼。西边桥的各个run随东边桥，情况要差一些，但是在3
月末到4月中在西侧能钓到red。westend听说也会有flounder run，但是挂底太严重，
试过几次放弃了。如果只是想放松一下，或带孩子玩，去Bonnabel夜钓是个不错的选择
，那里不适合甩假饵，只能挂虾钓，至于收获怎么样，不要有太多的期待。villa入湾

发帖数: 7 | 37 租房在CarmelValley 靠近Carmel Mountain Rd最好，因为小学好--你还不用管中学高
中。记得搬来时SanDiego County前五有三个在这里，全沿着Carmel Mountain Rd，有
Ocean Air， Sage Canyon， Torrey Hills，另外两个在La Jolla。当然有童鞋指出排
名不重要，更多靠自己，表示同意。
Ocean Air， Sage Canyon 附近没见过Apartment，可以找私人租House；Torrey Hills
附近有Torrey Villas，Archstone Torrey Hills 和 Torrey Ridge 三个小区。Torrey
Villas最大最贵，Archstone最近，但基本区别不大。其他Apartment Complex 去的小
学不是很好，当然比起不算La Jolla 的SDU 还是好的，比上不足而已。
Carmel Mountain Rd是离开QCom-UTC-UCSD北去最后一个不堵车的地区；据我所知住

题还是老大难，后防。08年有塞纳，在很多球迷看来，他是西班牙夺的欧洲冠军的关键
。他防守能力强，在两中后卫前面是很好的屏障。现在的alonso，进攻有余，防守不足
，对中后卫的帮助没有那么大。两中后卫直接暴露在前锋之下。PK还好点，普约尔太老
，速度和力量已经弥补不了他的身材不足。在没有塞纳的情况下，我觉得应该把普约尔
换了，相信西班牙的防守会有所提高。前锋，估计下一场Torres肯定首发了。villa一
个人太矮，没有高空优势。Torres上场吸引防守，正如版上另一朋友所说，可以让
