It is 2nd floor. quiet and safe( I often order items online, delivered items

very convenient location close to Washington Univeristy main campus, Missou
Campus and Chinese grocery stores. Right now they are running a promotion
and have a two-bedroom apartment available starting next week with a monthly
rate of 575 + 16(water and sewer fee), totally 591, and also 100 off the

最近几天在craigslist上找房子，上城太贵，基本上在中城找。发了好多邮件给出租房
子的人，回复得不多。从现有回复的
人里来看，有一个在east village的房子看上去还行，地址是avenue c at 4th street
，想请问了解这一带的TX们，这个街
区情况怎样？适合居住吗？
这房子是sublet的，现在租房的人要出去一段时间，是不是需要和他签个lease？
还有最近的laundry有半个block的距离，这种不在同一幢楼里的laundry会不会不太方
便呢？

我之前以为midtown和downtown的房子都会很贵，但是发现这一地带和曼哈顿110街再北
的价格也差不多（1000刀租两卧室中的一个）。便宜是不是有原因的。。。
这一带从安全因素还有生活便利程度来看，可以考虑么？

1274sf，brand new).Floor plan 总体感觉不错，有点不太喜欢一楼的设计。 厨房和
客厅完全融合在一起， 而且厨房没有窗户。如果一炒菜， 估计满客厅都是味道。 当
然， 很难找到十全十美的房子了。
价钱 在 $485000 左右. 看了一些其它CV 的twonhouse （2b) 至少要在 $400k以上，
好一点都到了$500k.第一次买房子，没什么经验，请教一下给位的意见。 多谢多谢。 |
